Nice hotel right as you enter Pueblo.

Pros: I liked the beds, bathroom and complimentary breakfast. The staff was friendly. The room was very clean.
Cons: The size of the room.
Location: Since there were no restaurants nearby, we had to go across town to eat dinner. The only nearby eatery was fast food.
This was my first time to stay in a Microtel. Rooms were smaller than other hotels but it was attractive and very clean. Also, it had a good complimentary breakfast.

Cons: THE BATHROOM FLOOR WAS STICKY.

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and inviting. The floor in the bathroom was a bit sticky...

Great place to stay...but watch out for the deposi

My husband and i decided to stay at microtel as an extra night on our vacation. Our room was beyond clean, our beds were very comfortable and the hotel staff were very pleasant people. We had a ton of channels available on our tv. The only thing I can complain about was the $75 deposit they took out of my account without letting me know first. Nowhere on Expedia did the website say they take a deposit and the desk clerk didn't tell me with the before he charged my card. He said I would see it back in my account the next day but it didn't show up until 6 days later. Just be prepared for that. Over all we felt very safe and comfortable.

Great hotel for the price

Great place to stay for the price. Rooms were good and clean and staff was courteous. We had the very first room by the entrance and didn't hear a thing all night so the rooms are well insulated as well. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was simple but good. I recommend this hotel and if we need to book another hotel we will stay here again.

Hotel great, staff not so great

I really enjoyed the comfort of the bed and clean room--when I went to check out I saw a "helping other guest" sign in front desk--I left and saw both ladies smoking on the back side of hotel--

Nice hotel just expected

The day before we arrived, I called hotel to make sure that we would get the non-smoking rooms when I reserved online. The staffs seemed understand very well about the unpleasant experience we had before and ensured our non-smoking room for a delightful stay. Thanks.

Nice hotel at the end of a long travel day.

Cons: Nothing.
Location: We were only looking for a place to eat and Old Chicago was next door within easy walking distance.
Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. Best breakfast yet. Rooms were comfortable and the air conditioning worked!

My Last Stay at Microtel

Pros: The first time I stayed there it was great. This time, there was nothing about the stay that I liked
Cons: The front desk clerk was very kind but unable to help with my situation
Location: It is close to my work
I reserved a non smoking room. I arrived around 8pm. I was given a room on the 3rd floor. The scent of cigarette and pot smoke were overwhelming in the hallway. My room smelled so strong from lemon scented something. It was cleared that the room had been a smoking room, there were burns on the carpet and bedding. I called to get another room there were none available. I will not return
