Pueblo CO

Pros: Quiet and secured at night for entry with keycard only. Ample lighted close in parking.
Cons: The bed linens should be crisp, white (no stains), inviting to the guest.
Location: Excellent location for my needs.
The bed linens were disappointing - stained, wrinkled, hair on sheets and pillow cases. The piece of decorative fabric at the foot of the bed had two large black stains on it, this should never have been used in the room. In the bathroom there were also strands of hair in the wall my guess is from someone wiping down the wall with an unclean cloth. Dust build up on the carpet along the baseboard. The ice machine on the second floor was not clean this machine was located next to house keeping, there is no excuse for it to be as unclean as it was. I would recommend the hotel with disclosure of the things that disappointed me.

Disabled Rooms

Pros: Decent location, easy to get places in Pueblo. Time in and time out were extreme but accommodated by management.
Cons: Room was small, disabled person room, no options in bath to place personal items at all. Rug was stained from water damage. No fitness room, difficult to maintain fitness, too cold for outside...
Location: Beautiful location, reason for picking this site.

Nice Room, but was double charged

Pros: Quiet room
Cons: Overcharged and no communication from management
The room was nice, however, the hotel double charged for the room. I called several times and was told one of the charges was refunded but I still have not seen a refund. Left a message for the hotel manager and have no received a call back.

Chose because of good reviews, but disappointed.

Pros: Easy to check in. Extra safety measures to enter hotel.
Cons: Room was tiny and had a strange odor, almost licorice like. Could see dust in the carpet, around the furniture. Definite wear in the furnishings, etc. Definitely left my socks on for the whole stay.
Location: Limited food options.

Great Place

Location: Take Scenic Route/loop west of Pueblo, Rt. 96 to Westcliffe to Sangre De Christo mtns, backtrack to 165 to Colorado City. See Bishops Castle in Rye.
First time to stay in Microtel; clean, comfy, loved the window seats! Friendly front desk person.

Pros: Clean. Great rate.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Quiet. Car wash next doot.
Newer carpet. Excellent for an older motel. Quiet location. Car wasH next door.

All good but found a bed bug we got rashes

Pros: Location good decent breakfast clean overall Internet and wifi
Cons: Bed need to be removed and exterminate got some small little creatures underneath

Clean functional and convenient

Location: Very convenient to amenities and places to eat. Reasonable rates.
We have stayed 3 times now at this hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Smoking rooms are allowed and smokers are not treated like 2nd class citizens, but non-smokers still have separate rooms.
