Cool hotel

It was wonderful . Hotel room, staff, breakfast buffet and pool was amazing. i highly recommended to everybody especially who is looking for cool vibe.

Pros: Breakfast. Breakfast staff.
Cons: Most of the decor is in need to some loving care - simply due to wear and tear...impressive from a distance - but up close all the cracks appear...
Location: Kind of out of the way, in it's own little modern-purpose-built world. Certainly not unpleasant - but lacking in any personality whatsoever.
Bit more out of the way located than I had hoped. Grand entrance. Summed the place up : high focus on image - less so on detail. Pretentious. House keeping is called 'room stylist'. Concierge is called 'experience manager'....you get the idea... The breakfast and also dinner on one occasion in the main restaurant there were both excellent, as were the staff. The rooms have seen better days - once perceived glamour is now a little outdated and fraying at the edges. My first trip to the city - so I had no idea what to expect of anything. Would I recommend this hotel ? Only to those who I think might fall for this type of gimmick. It's a shame. I was so excited to go. Left eager to move on to my next city.

Cons: Start breakfast before 7
Not your classic style hotel. Lots of red and low lights. Good location in puerto madero. Rooms are small and decoration esoteric.

Accommodations are very old and dated. Red velvet curtains were stained and dirty. Bed mattress was lumpy. Rooms need serious makeover. Food/bev prices and in room dining charges are outrageous. Spa was a huge disappointment - very old amenities and steam / sauna facilities are co Ed which is uncomfortable. Not sure how this was ever rated among leading spas. Could not in good faith recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel.

I travel a lot and this is one of the nicest, sexiest, best service having hotels in the world (yes, world). It is a true experience. You will absolutely love staying here as the pool is amazing, the bar is beautiful with live music and the staff is there to help or answer any questions. Everyone i spoke with speaks english. It is worth every penny (or peso). The ONLY thing i didn't like was how long it took to get drinks at the pool. They need to improve this...
