The property need to be updated , some of the stuff in the the room or the lobby are in bad shape, broken , door opener not working properly, no outlet working properly,

The hotel is in a very nice area, paks and pedestrian walkways. Out of the rush of the city. Room was well appointed- only comment would be the cloudy glass in the glass door to the deck.

Why are the other reviews so good? - Bathrooms are dated and disgusting, please remodel - We had a group of 3 people who were each over 70, and no one offered to help with their bags while checking out - They have decent dinner, which means they know how to cook, but their free breakfast is inedible. Just charge money and make it taste better - Reception is always understaffed and has a long line - I paid for a corner room and had the view of a wall and a tree

It’s in a newly-developed area of Buenos Aires, with lots of nice little restaurants, coffee shops and clubs around. The clubs are far away enough to not be noisy inside the hotel.

We had a great time. The hotel is near Puerto Madero where you can find really good food offer. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The only thing was that my daughter forgot her sunglasses at the restaurant and nobody find them.

No customer service at this property. Arrived at noon on a Monday and couldn't check in til 3, AC was not working, bed had springs coming out of it. Was moved to another room where the AC didn't work and the front desk kept bothering us for our old keys, despitee having returned them. At no point was customer service friendly or provided.

Beautiful and clean, but Expedia should put a warning note to tell tourists The Hotel will not take the official money exchange rate but the blue one. (I had a very bad experience with this at the beginning and Expedia was terrible, did not help at all) Luckily after like an hour of trying Expedia to solve the problem, the hotel solved it.

I rated it “good ” only base on the “staff” Sebastian at the consierge ( outstanding ) Great recommendations for dining , places around the city and even a play !! Gabriel at the front desk Now here’s the negative : the hotel need repairs not maintenance “ deep repairs “ everywhere from the pool on top to the lobby our room had a glass broken window !! And Martin ( the manager ) offer to us a cheese board & wine , I appreciate the effort but it doesn’t really make me feel safe sleeping in a room with that situation. I pay $190 US dollar per night and I was expecting a better condition in the hotel Breakfast it’s great and all the dinning staff is very efficient and kind.

This hote ho is an excellent option. The location is superb and the service is exceptional. They could improve a bit on the cleanliness and maintenance of the bathroom grout.
