Horrible! Resort check in took an hour before someone helped us! The breakfast restaurant was extremely hot. Meanwhile the elevators did not work so we had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs! We were on adult side and we couldn’t play music. Food was horrible and the rooms were hot and there were no wash cloths!! We had to call 3 times before someone bought clean towels! I will never recommend!!

Ocean coral turquesa es excelente en todo especialmente el servicio,en todas las áreas quiero nombrar unas personas muy especiales para mi que nos dieron un trato extraordinario. Overall the stay was nice. Staff was courteous, food was good, room view and size were good. After we checked in and going to the room, they told us the elevator was not working, we were on the 4th floor. Once we got to our room, we notice it had 2 queen beds. I had reserved a single king bed. After getting settled in, we noticed the A/C was very weak or possibly not even working. The next morning I asked about having someone look into the a/c while we were out on an excursion. Still wasn't working when we returned. Speaking with some people at the pool and reading some other reviews, it sounds like that has been an ongoing issue.

Expedia advertises this resort as an all adult resort clearly it’s not. Expedia also failed to mention that the beaches were horrible and smelled because of the seaweed overflow. The resort posted a small piece of paper out by the activity board. The food was ok not great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Ricardo was great! Ismel at the steakhouse was an absolute doll. Good entertainment at night. Not enough chairs for pool. Javier in the gift shop was horrible and nasty. If you are looking for some all adult fun a place to get away from the kids then this is not the resort for you. We probably wouldn’t come back No we won’t go back.

The resort is very nice but the rooms are in need of renovation. The front desk staff were not very friendly. The food was really good as well as the cocktails. Best part of the trip was Ricardo serving drinks at the adult pool. All 7 of us miss him dearly :)

The Red Tide and all the seaweed and the smell it brought was not pleasant at all. I was NOT able to swim at the beech, which is a big turn off for me. The pool was great and Ricardo the waiter by the privilege pool was amazing.

We liked pretty much everything, but One night we ordered room service for a late night snack and then we got back to our room and it was gone ? The best bartender was Gustavo ! We had a great couple of servers Estrella and Edwardo . The beach was not good because of the seaweed, but the pools were great .

This was my 3rd time to this hotel. And my last. I it so run down. The room had a terrible smell of mildew. When I asked to change it the said it would be a down grade. I also was in the adults only section. And I wanted to be moved to the main building. The couch and chair in my room had big stains. More than one of the restaurants served on these black stone plates and they did not look clean. The bistro restaurant - the cook was touching the food with no gloves. The beach was horrible. The water was brown & loaded with seaweed. I checked the internet and they said it was some sort of brown tide algae. But the hotel could have taken care of that & they refused. The pool towels were stained & some had holes. Almost every lounge chair was damaged. I noticed many people sitting on them and it was like the were sitting on the floor. Also in the age of Covid , they did not enforce masks. They were very disorganized with the Covid testing. You had to fill out an application on line. It stated if you didn’t hear from them in 24 write them an email. Of course no response after 24 hrs. I wrote and still no response. I went to the concierge and they said wait 1 more day. Then finally a response. Then the morning of the test , people were on mine with no appointment and the place we had to wait had no air conditioning. It was 90 and so humid. There was no machine or anything that looked like they can check the swab. Only a guy telling the other guy over the wall positivo.

This is NOT an Adults Only. That should be removed from the title. It’s a completely false statement. We went with two other couples expected to not be around children and it’s quite opposite. I would honestly say this is a kids/toddlers resort. It has a Teen Bowling alley and pirates pool for kids that’s probably cooler and more entraining than the other pools. Out of 4 pools on the property, there is only one pool that plays adults only and plays no music and has no swim up bar. Once we got there we quickly felt like we had been over sold. We did not have king beds as was described and we did not have an ocean view as described because we requested to be moved to the Adults Only side and lost our view and had two full size beds pushed together. However, this is not a bad place to stay. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the property was well maintained and cleaned. I would probably go back, but only if I had kids.

A lot of beach area to use with plenty of lounge chairs & umbrellas or thatched roof shade for 2 chairs. several different restaurants (with good food) even with the Covid restrictions. Dos Equis on tap (my favorite Mx. beer)!! Only negative was short staffed in restaurants; at cook area only had 1 person; 3-6 people waiting in line to get served already cooked food (hashbrown, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs,ect.) but that 1 person is cooking omelets and can only be in one place at a time. 2 different restaurants this was happening in and they both had 2 or 3 different cooking areas setup like this. So your food you already had on your plate was cold after 10-15 min waiting in line to get served. This was solid this way for over an hour, by that time the place was out of bacon. Should have had another server to serve the already cooked food so people could have skipped past the one waiting for omelets.

The staff at the resort were wonderful! Our pool dream team of Ricardo and Jose Luis Cen made our stay super enjoyable. Facilities are in great shape, you can tell they are having a lot of work done while during this slow season. The restaurants situation was frustrating, we found the ability to get food limited and the menu options were extremely limited. Overall a great experience and we are likely to return.

Great resort. Would have been better outside of Covid since the swim up bar only had a couple seats open and some restraints didn’t open. Very clean and nice helpful staff.

Not Quite Adults Only
If you are expecting the resort to be Adults Only, like we did, you’re be disappointed. There is an Adults Only section with a pool, beach and restaurant. The main part of the resort with the entertainment, bars and restaurant that stay open longer are family focused. The Adults Only restaurant/bar has limited hours and the wait staff and bartender seem to be annoyed if they have to wait on you. The bar servers for the pool and beach were awesome and made frequent rounds. The servers and bar tenders in the lobby were awesome as well. You will hear the howls and screams of children everywhere outside of the Adults Only area. If you think being in that area will offer you some peace and quiet, rest assured that entitles parents and screaming children will find you and no one will stop them from strolling through the area clearly marked as Adults Only. My next visit to Cancun will certainly be at another truly Adults Only resort.

Gustavo - the server at the main restaurant that was open every night was absolutely OUTSTANDING!!!! We went back four times - just because of him!! We had problems with our room - we were in the privileged area of the hotel and did not have air conditioning in our room for FOUR nights - We requested to be moved the whole time - finally did! VERY DISATISFIED with the customer service. Will not return

The staff wasn’t very nice, they seemed annoyed we were there. There were a couple staff members that were excellent but the good did not our way the bad. The food was not very good and the portions were small. The restaurants are on some type of a rotation but that is not public information apparently. They have one specialty restaurant that you need a reservation for and we tried every night to get a reservation but had no luck.

The resort was nice, they made a mistake with our rooms and we had to do some changes last minute, they didn’t have king size beds in our room so they just put the two queens together. The staff was sometimes friendly and sometimes not so friendly, but there was a lot of rude travelers which would make sense why they would be not so friendly. The menu on the restaurants isn’t very big and due to Covid some of the restaurants weren’t open and they alternated each night. Masks were required in enclosed spaces such as restaurants, lobby and bars. The only time masks weren’t required was during eating and pool time. They had shows and activities with social distance guidelines and bowling as well. Overall the experience was pleasant, some of the staff were super nice and friendly like Indi and Carlos from the bowling alley and Ricardo who was our drink guy when at the pool and beach. We paid for the all-inclusive but I guess there’s different levels, so you had to pay for some stuff if you wanted it like room service after 11 and different alcohols also some different foods.

Food was absolutely terrible. Most staff was rude. Staff that cleaned rooms was inconsistent. Beautiful property & beach but I don't recommend this resort!

The pools closed too early at 8pm. Also the Hibatchi Grill was closed on 2 days. The staff was polite.

Hotel was nice. Many great employees. Drinks were great!!! Food situation during our stay was a bit tough. Only 3 restaurants open each night. If you don’t get reservations at one of the “specialty” restaurants and the buffet is not open for dinner, you will have to get room service. Been to Mexico many times, understand that I am going to get bothered about the timeshares, but could not go in the lobby without being bombarded by people. We say no, that means no, leave me alone. Not all elevators working either.

On avait réservé adulte seulement, et il y avait des enfants. En arrivant, ils ont essayé de nous facturé beaucoup plus cher, mais ils ont rectifié le montant. Le premier jour il n'y avait plus de serviette de plage. Mais la sécurité est super et le personnel parle bien français ce qui est rare.
