Very Disappointing

Pros: the food wasn't bad , restaurant veiws of the ocean, staff and maids was nice,
Cons: front desk staff , maybe add more people and better organization
Location: mini mall , disco
The check in and checking out was a horror. I was told my cancellations was cancelled even though I had received a confirmation the day before. Everyone within our group had some sought of problems ranging from : NO HOT WATER , PHONES IN THE ROOM NOT WORKING , NOT HAVING THE CORRECT BEDS REQUESTED , BATHROOMS NOT WORKING PROPERLY . Once you got pass the front desk staff the other staff was very nice. HOWEVER SOME OF THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS VERY NASTY AND HORRIBLY RUDE. WE HAVE BEEN TO MANY HOTELS BUT THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST AS FAR AS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Price does not match the quality

Pros: The food quality and selection was great and was the best part of the resort!
Cons: It could be cleaner, and better maintenance on the hot water system should be performed.
Location: There were other resorts in close proximity to this one so there were many other people to meet. But the "mall" had no open stores and the same items
We arrived at the hotel before check in time and although there were only a few people ahead of us, the staff was so slow that we had to wait close to 40 minutes before we could even be seen. When we got to our room, there were used eating utensils in the refrigerator! The hot water worked fine the first day, but the very next day, there was no hot water for showers or in the sink. When we call the front desk, we were told they were having problems and it would be fixed shortly....but it never happened. We did not have hot water through the end of our trip.

Terrible run down hotel Nice beach

Example. When I checked into my room there was No remote for the tv. It took 6 hours and multiple trips to reception to finally get one I left a day early. Because it was so bad

Of course we will look into each and one of your comments in order to avoid creating a similar perception if you decide to visit us again, or to avoid other visitor from having the same perception. Perfekt för slappsemester för två

Spenderade 8 nätter här med två tjejkompisar. Vi hade kollat upp hotellet på flera olika sidor innan vi bokade, då vi försökte matcha in oss samtidigt som Amerikanarna skulle ha "spring break" (vi var alltså ute efter mycket party). Det blev dock inte riktigt så som tänkt, för det första var minst 4/5 av alla gäster på hotellet från Kanada, och snittåldern låg nog snarare på 35 än 25. Letar du efter fest? Åk inte hit, utan välj istället Cabarete, eller ännu hellre Punta Cana. Vill du ha en semester där hotellet erbjuder mycket aktiviteter och skoj och stoj hela dagarna, ja då kan du absolut åka hit. Personalen hade full underhållning från tidig morgon till sen kväll med allt från kasta pil till volleyboll. Maten: I buffén fanns det en helt ok variation MEN vi hörde talas om ett flertal som blev magsjuka och jag själv blev inlagd på sjukhus (konstaterades att jag ätit kyckling som inte varit ordentligt tillagad). Det fanns även 2 andra restauranger man kunde boka in sig på, vi testade bara Eden och personalen var jättesöta och tillmötesgående MEN vi fick in RÅA hamburgare, och nu menar jag så råa att jag trodde den skulle röra på sig. Våra vänner åt på Michelangelo och sa att maten där var jättegod men tog 1.5 timme att få, så kanske är det ett bättre alternativ. Drinkarna i alla barerna var dock jättegoda, mycket över förväntan, testa en Carpirina om ni åker dit ;)

Fantastic Family Vacation

I was with my husband and my two kids. We joined my sister, nephew and husband, plus my parents. We had a great time on the beach and the great pools. The kids enjoyed a lot in the Kids Club. The food was amazing and delicious. The personal were super friendly and helpful.. I will coming back for sure.

The Best Family Vacation Ever

I loved it. It was the best family vacation ever. First, I came with my son and my husband on Tuesday 8th 2016. Then, the next day my parents, my sister her husband and her 2 kids. The rooms were comfortable, the employees where always friendly, helpful and happy. Our kids had a lot of fun in the Mini Club. The pools were great and the beach magnificent, the best. The food was delicious and exquisite variously. We will definitely coming back, and recommend to our friends. The only thing that it needs an improvement it's the VIP; I thought that at least at the room they should have snacks and some little bottles of alcohol or bears. Or a coffee maker in the room.
