We left blue bay, a week into our honeymoon, due to poor service and came here. We were very happy with our room and the service. This is a family resort, so it's geared for kids and families, but we still enjoyed our last four nights here.

Run down hotel

Hotel looked run down. Hotel claims that it has a casino and a discotheque, but both were closed. The entertainment provided was boring and there was nothing to do at night at the hotel. Most of the hotels in the area were closed for business. There were bees in our room. We saw a snake coming out of a room and the toilet kept clogging up. We had to place a towel on the floor by the door to prevent any critters from coming thru the door. My family had a terrible experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Desde la llegada hasta la salida todo fue muy bueno. El personal de servicios es muy eficiente y cortés, la alimentación muy adecuada, buena higiene, y la amabilidad del personal fue excelente.

If you want great food, this is not the place. Lettuce, tomatoes and some foods not the right color or stale. No fresh fish. Very basic prep to the food. No change to daily menus. It is quite hard to make a reservation in the two other restaurants as you can only try from 9am to 11:30am at the front desk or activity desk. No matter because nothing very good there either, certainly nothing that could ever be described as excellent. The funny thing was that after making the reservation and later showing up to eat, no reservation could be found. Site says all non-motorized watersports are free. Try getting the paddleboard. That costs $$. There was no coffeemaker, no comforter, no mini bar, not even a remote for the TV. We finally had hot water for our last shower there otherwise lukewarm is what we got. There were gouges in the tile, no railing in the shower or anything to prevent a slip in the tub. Not even a toilet paper roll holder. If you close the sliding glass door as you go out onto your lanai there is no handle to get back inside. A similar thing occurs when you try to open the closet doors, no handles. No elevators too. Some staff members do try but mostly this place needs management that cares about their guests and willing to develop a professional staff. If you are looking for a good 2-star resort this is it, especially if you are okay with paying 4-star prices.

tough location

my first trip to the Dominican Republic and my first stay at an all-inclusive, so a little tough. hotel was nice, but you really aren't encouraged to leave the surrounding area for safety. Beach was nice, but people trying to sell you everything from jewelery to pedicures to cigarettes to excursion while you are there. Tip: bring American dollars

Resort??? Não mesmo!

Minha estadia foi decepcionante, a começar pelo check-in. A recepção foi péssima, o check-in demoradíssimo, funcionária super mal educada, fazendo de tudo para tornar a nossa estadia em uma experiência terrível. O quarto não é nada demais, a limpeza deixa a desejar e o conforto é médio. O restaurante é péssimo, a começar pelo atendimento que considero desrespeitoso para com os turistas e terminando com o que é servido no mesmo. Não consigo qualificar o nível dos pratos que foram apresentados, mas posso compará-los a restaurantes de rodoviária. Além dos pratos serem mal elaborados, tinha o fato dos funcionários tratar os turistas, principalmente os europeus, como imbecis, fazendo brincadeiras e comentários de mal gosto no idioma local. Achei isto extremamente desrespeitoso e muitas vezes vulgar. O buffet é terrível. Tive a nítida impressão de estarmos sendo tratados como porcos durante o período de engorda. Os funcionários só conseguem ser um pouco simpáticos se receberem alguma "propina" dos hóspedes. Na praia o assédio é constante. De uma forma geral não considero nem de longe aquele local como um resort e muito menos o qualificaria como um 3 estrelas. Aquilo é no máximo um alojamento!!! Não recomendo e muito menos voltaria nem que me pagassem a passagem e me dessem as estadia grátis.

Cons: FIX ALL THE ITEMS IN THE ROOMS THAT DO NOT WORK
Location: ZIP LINE AND MOKEY JUNGLE WE A BLAST!
SAFE DID NOT WORK, NO TV REMOTE, PHONE HAD LOOSE WIRES, SOME ELECTICAL OUTLETS DID NOT WORK

muy bien debo destacar el servicio de los empleados de los bares y comedores muy bueno , pero debe haber mas actividades de entretenimiento y mejorar la recepción a la llegada de los huespedes
