check in, was a joke, wouldn't give me a room, even though I had spoke to them prior, because I didn't have a print out of my itinerary . so sat in lobby fro an hour before they decided to give me a room for the "night" until I could resolve the issue. you never get a second chance at a first impression . so, this set the tone for my stay, after spending hours trying to get a copy sent to them, they backed off.
way too many rules for "guests" not posted anywhere, it was like a prison camp, can't do this ,can't do that.
high school entertainment that you are forced to listen to, because the volume of the portable DJ speakers are turned up to max for a crowd of ten people.the rest of us forced to listen to bad music and yelling staff.
It's 2016, people carry their own music with them, they don't want to listen to bad disco music at 10 am.
management needs to look at age average there, 50ish crowd, start the morning with some classical music, build your crowd up through the day with music, don't slam on viva blah blah blah at 11am. and keep the volume down on the mic's that the twenty somethings have in their hands yelling ONE TWO THREE, HA HA HA!.....IT'S BAD!
