Worst resort anyone can stay in.

Front desk very unprofessional, they don't greet customer's. Room is dirty and fallen apart, staff people not Frendly. i wouldn't recommend this resort.

WORST RESORT EVER BEEN TO

WHEN ME AND MY GIRLFRIEND ARRIVED OUR ROOM WAS FLOODED FROM AN A/C PROBLEM AND WE ENDED UP IN A ROOM WITH A VIEW TO THE NOISY KITCHEN AREA SOMEWHERE IN THE BACK PART OF THE BUILDING. WE ALSO MADE RESERVATIONS TO HAVE DINNER AT AN ITALIAN RESTAURANT AND WERE NOT ABLE TO HAVE DINNER BECAUSE THERE WAS NO WAY OF WALKING TO THE RESTAURANT DUE TO SOME HEAVY RAIN. WE WENT TO A LOUNGE DOWNSTAIRS AND WHILE WE WERE THERE SOMETHING FELL FROM THE CEILING AND HIT ME IN THE FACE AND SCRATCHED MY FACE...DID NOT GET AN APOLOGY OR ANYTHING. I ALSO ORDERED A LOCAL BEER (PRESIDENTE) AND THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY. ON ANOTHER NIGHT WE WERE HUNGRY AND WANTED TO TAKE SOME FOOD TO OUR ROOM AND WE WERE TOLD THAT WE COULD NOT TAKE FOOD UPSTAIRS TO OUR ROOM.

Gutes Hotel zu fantastischen Preis Leistung

Lockere Ferien gewesen. Personal extrem freundlich, und trotz dem All Inclusive sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Strand wunderschön und Cabarete am Abend bei Sundowner ein Muss. Zimmer mit Meersicht sind über der Bar und dem Restaurant und hat den Nachteil, dass es am Abend laut sein kann. Nachts leider nicht alle Gäste angepasst. (Daher Zimmer in anderen Gebäuden sicher ruhiger) Wifi nur in der Hotelloby gratis, und meist gar nicht brauchbar. Aber man ist ja in den Ferien. ;-)

Nice location

Pros: Really liked the location right on the beach and close enough to town. Waves were huge, winds were strong for kite surfing. Quite exciting!
Cons: Buildings are scheduled to be upgraded next year we were told. Needs it.
Location: Walk to beach, walk to town, nearby places to eat and shop or relax on the beach or by the pool and enjoy the surroundings.
Right on the beach but showing signs of age. Greasing of the palm goes a long way. Some rooms had no hot water, others were quite noisy. If you want to change rooms, be prompt with the time you're told to come to the front desk otherwise you lose out.

bad cruise

Pros: nothing really, a place to sleep and listen to yelling through a microphone most of the time
Cons: entertainment! horrible to let this screaming continue throughout the day. and hounding people that don't want to participate.
Location: nothing near by, felt sorry for the kids there, nothing for them to do
check in, was a joke, wouldn't give me a room, even though I had spoke to them prior, because I didn't have a print out of my itinerary . so sat in lobby fro an hour before they decided to give me a room for the "night" until I could resolve the issue. you never get a second chance at a first impression . so, this set the tone for my stay, after spending hours trying to get a copy sent to them, they backed off. way too many rules for "guests" not posted anywhere, it was like a prison camp, can't do this ,can't do that. high school entertainment that you are forced to listen to, because the volume of the portable DJ speakers are turned up to max for a crowd of ten people.the rest of us forced to listen to bad music and yelling staff. It's 2016, people carry their own music with them, they don't want to listen to bad disco music at 10 am. management needs to look at age average there, 50ish crowd, start the morning with some classical music, build your crowd up through the day with music, don't slam on viva blah blah blah at 11am. and keep the volume down on the mic's that the twenty somethings have in their hands yelling ONE TWO THREE, HA HA HA!.....IT'S BAD!

We did not enjoy the 1st 2 days of our stay.

Pros: The food, generally the staff, the Italian restaurant, the nice reception given by the service desk and the Italian restaurant at dinner..
Cons: Reception and explanation in regards to temporary accommodation.
Location: Lack of sidewalk on the road and motorcycle driving on the street. Beach is great for surfers but because of the large surf not good for swimming.
We were put in a small room where the balcony could only accommodate 1 small round table and 1 chair, the bathroom was so small that I had to walk sideway to reach the toilet, the room was just at the entrance of the 3 storey building and just next to the theatre where later night events are on. The room had black worms on the floor every morning and as a matter of fact one of the worm got in my shoe and I not notice it and by the time I looked into the hurt my big toe was damaged and can you believe that the front desk and the medical office had no bandages. We had to stay in this room for 2 days as we were told that there was 2 rooms as we had paid for was available. In addition, we were never told that this room was temporary until we went back to complain. We were very happy with the second room where we were moved. By the way the Expedia Rep was very helpful.

Beach was the best part.

Couldn't find my reservation, the first room they give me was terrible. Bathroom was filthy. Gave me another room. Was ok. Will not be returning.
