Customer service is excellent and would consider this hotel again on our next vacation but the only item that would stop us if there is a better facility is the poor internet connection; not at par with other hotels of Wyndham

I'm happy to report that the two Philippine telcos, PLDT/Smart and Globe Telecoms, have both been continuously upgrading their facilities in the island and they assure us that Internet connectivity would be improved significantly within the year. You can rest assured that we are also constantly looking for service providers that will help us give our guests the best hotel experience possible.
