Where do i start?.. Check in was Horrible , we got 2 ladies , the one who was helping us check in was nice but not too knowledgeable or maybe the other lady whose name i made sure to get ELIZABETH kept rudely interrupting my conversation with the 1st Representative , Elizabeth was RUDE AND INDIFFERENT, that is when she was not fidgeting with her cell phone, worst experience of my life
Furniture in room very basic cheap the walls are not even painted at all . This is not a hotel its a cheap apartment converted into a cheap Motel , Do your self a favor and stay elsewhere. This is a terrible motel!! TERRIBLE. We checked in and out within the hours that's how bad this place is. We could not fathom staying even one night. . Our room 402 was pathetic , Went to the business center which is by the dinning hall, It is simple pathetic, A high school cafeteria is 100% better than this dinning space. PLEASE DO YOUSELVES A FAVOUR - dont book this place, LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE

We are very sad about your review, because at ck-in Elizabeth explained all the servicves that we offer including the made-to-order american breakfast, beach shuttle with complementary chairs and umbrellas. At ckin inmediatley we offered a complementary crib for your baby. You requested a ocean view room as condition to stay at the hotel in the alternative a full refund of your stay against to the hotel policy. Our rooms have city view as established in our webpage and in your reservation. Lamentably you decided to check-out because we could not comply your ocean view request.
Your room has a modern style decoration and the walls has texture that looks like gray cement.
Our staff are very pleasant to deliver the best service to our guest.
