Nice close to the beach

Very nice stay close to shopping and beach. Felt very safe and secure. I would absolutely recommend this bed & breakfast to anyone. Downfall is that breakfast could use some variety.

Busy Weekend - Offered one of the other properties

Posted Aug 1, 2015
Pros: We especially liked the helpful front desk staff, and comfortable beds.
Cons: Parking seems to be an issue all around the area.
Location: It is close to many things downtown. Cant beat the location
We were provided a move to one of the other properties - Wind Chimes, which was very nice. Office staff were very helpful, the room was clean and the facility charming. Be prepared to have some challenge with parking. We visited during a holiday, so we were lucky to stay here. The evening 3 mile walk to Old San Juan was a great way to walk off a filling dinner from an excellent local restaurant just around the corner.

Very quaint. Bathroom to small.

Very nice for price. No parking without paying. When we arrived had to go to different hotel to check in. The front desk was not very helpful or friendly. If you just want a place to sleep it will do.

No luxuries, Convenient with comfortable bedroom.

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: Room a/c and clean. Bed really comfy, Staff helpful
Cons: Hotel grounds could be kept cleaner, a paint job.
Location: Good location. Lots of restaurants, beach really close you can walk to it. Walgreens and CVS a 2 min. walk away.
This hotel is convenient re food, beach, shopping Walgreens, CVS, 10 mins. from Plaza Las Americas. The hotel itself is run down. The rooms are clean, comfy bed, a/c. Simple breakfast provided - toast, pastries, coffee, juice. If you just looking a good place to rest your head at night because you will be out of the room most of the day. I would recommend here.

Economical option

Posted Jun 3, 2015
This place could be a lot nicer with a little more attention to customer service. My impression is that the manager is unhappy with his job and the owner is not willing to invest a little more in the place in ways that would make it far nicer than it is. More variety and better quality for breakfast. Sprucing up the patio a little bit. Having someone on staff who could help guests with tours and visits around the island. My guess is that this place will not be in business under the same ownership for much longer, which is too bad. It could be VERY nice and very inviting with the right people running the place.

So So...

Posted May 28, 2015 on Hotels
The location of the hotel is about 2 minutes from the Condado Beach, which is great. However, our room was dusty and full of mosquitos. There was a gap under the door, which is how I'm assuming they got in.

Un "hotel" muy extraño

Posted May 27, 2015
