Sad looking place.

This hotel is very deteriorated. Linen was clean and toiletries were provided but we were 4 people and only 2 towels were provided. I requested more towels and they didn't have they available right away. Swimming pool was clean. The place look lonely and forgoten.

Pros: Price
Cons: Better A/C Unit or leave the A/C on
Location: very good everything is close beach, bars, other hotels and Airport
The A/C is off when when I enter to room and its take 6 hrs to be comfortable the room was too hot.

Thank you for your comment, I apologize for the A/C issue and we are always trying to keep our prices affordable. One way we are able to do this is by shutting off A/C units when the room is not occupied. We will now turn on A/C units when we have arrivals so room is cool when our guests check in. Not bad, near the beach and has a nice 24 hour poo

Pros: pool
Cons: Hire better staff
Location: walking distance to the beach, near isla verde
We arrived about 8pm and checked in, the best part of the hotel was that the pool was open 24hours. The downside was there were dead roaches in the room. Looked like they just bombed the place and did not finish cleaning up.

First I would like to apologize for your experience, we recently fumigated the property and try very hard to continuously check the rooms afterwards. I hope you would consider staying with us again. I will make sure the rooms are checked several times a day after fumigation if its needed again. I also would like your feedback on your comment to hire better staff. thank you again

Stay in this place before just a little bit disappointed on some areas in the facility but see that the staff is trying to get improvement with new owners

For the prise & location a good deal. Overall hotel clean and staff friendly. I had an issue with 1st room and was without hesitation given another bigger room.

Good budget hotel

The hotel served us just fine. Very good budget hotel with nice swimming pool. The staff was quite friendly and tried to attend to our needs as best possible. Some minor issues but nothing to have spoilt an otherwise great vacation. I do recommend this hotel.

Needs to be cleaner

It was an inexpensive hotel but there was rust all over the appliances and bathroom.
