The adult pool was very dirty. Some areas had fungus. The other areas were very clean.

The condition of the bathroom was awful as there was mildew in the shower and the bathtub was chipped. The towels were dingy and I really did not even want to dry myself with them, The light switch in the room was broken and the first night had to sleep with the light on as we could not turn it off. They did fix it for the remaining of the trip. I have pictures I can provide of the condition of the bathroom. For the price I was charged for the stay I am disapointed.

WAY too expensive for the "luxury" nightmare I experienced. 2 different rooms flooded, one by faulty A/C, one by faulty toilet. When the toilet overflowed, they said they couldn't repair it until morning. They lied and said every room was full, so I couldn't move to another non-flooded room. Then there is the issue of the parking lot card/ticket system. $1300 for 4 nights.... ridiculous.

The room smelled like mildew, the AC sounded like train was running through it, the shower had mold in the grout, and everything was old. The only saving for this hotel was the staff was very helpful.

This is one of the nicer hotels in the area. However, the rooms are in need of some updating. They are not bad they just should be better for that price. During our stay we had an issue with our room that needed to be addressed immediate. The supervisor on duty named Richard was extremely attentive and helpful. Issues are bound to happen, it’s how they are handled that makes all the difference. We couldn’t ask for better treatment. Thank you

As i check out the front desk told me they charge me the stay again by mistake, from a credit card thet i left to hold a $50.00 amount for the parking and security purposes.they said that i will receive a refund in a few days but that isnt normal.

The property can use a little TLC but it looks like they are taking care of that. staff was great and the rooms were clean. The doors to the rooms sometimes got stuck with the closet door inside the room

The staff was very, very friendly. However, the parking card did not work. It was an issue getting out of the parking lot. The room was not very clean, it smelled moldy. Someone was smoking the second night of our stay. It wasn't a horrible stay but it wasn't a great experience.

The property needs a little TLC as it is pretty much the same since I statyed here 15 years ago.The staff is friendly and the facilities are well mantained, but a refresh is needed. SHould have more activities for guests not in casino.
