We stayed at the Hampton Inn the night before our early morning flight out. It was very convenient to the airport and had very nice facilities. There were several restaurants in walking distance and the hotel offered an evening managers social each night. The social included free beer, wine, and rum punch as well as chips, nacho cheese, and mixed nuts. A nice bonus!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. They have awesome staff, clean comfortable rooms, with a really nice TV. They had a fantastic breakfast offering every day. The cocktail hour in the evening was an unexpected delight. The pool was great and beach was a1&1/2 block walk with the hotel having umbrellas and chairs waiting. They even watched our luggage while we walked around waiting to leave later in the day. It was such a wonderful experience!!

The lobby area of the hotel is good, however the rooms could use some updating. The housekeepers do a good job keeping the rooms clean. We had a minor hick-up early in our stay, which was quickly resolved so we could enjoy our 5-day stay. I like that the hotel is conveniently located 2 miles from the airport and within walking distance of many restaurants and stores including CVS, Walgreens, and supermarkets. It is about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The highlight of our stay was the social event in the evenings. Did not like that the pigeons partook of the social snacks and left their by-products on the chairs and tables.

OMG!!! Free drink "happy hour" from 5-8pm poolside! YESSS PLEASE. Free breakfast buffet 6-10am...a full spread! eggs sausage potatoes wafflemaker bagels cereal fruit oatmeal coffee hot choco juices. Walkable to a public beach. Several car rental ls near by. I loved it

The pool area is smaller. It's very busy and as the day goes on it's hard to keep the chairs/tables clean. Towels go fast.

We stayed here one night for a flight the next day. The hotel was very clean and the staff was kind and friendly. My family enjoyed the pool, restaurant food, free breakfast, and late checkout at noon. No complaints!

Not terrible, but not the best. A little farther from the beach than it sounds. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach. Luckily there are chairs there. Pool area and bar are nice, but pool deck very slippery (someone fell and hit head while we were there) Happy hour is a nice touch. (not really free because you pay a 40 per day resort fee). They do not service rooms much, we had towels and trash stacked up and had to take out own trash. Suite was an ample size for family of four. Free breakfast was good. Not a lot of stores or restaurants right around, but food at pool bar was decent.

We arrived prior to check i and we got lucky and was able to check in early because our room was ready. However they were willing to hold our luggage if it wasn’t. Room was decent, they could do better with making sure no sand was on the floors. It’s every other day housekeeping , they don’t make the beds only place fresh towels in the bathroom and take out the trash in the bins. The free breakfast was delicious and i loved the free happy hour. Pool area was clean although bird poop on chairs just place a towel over it though. Poolside bar and grill had the most delicious cheeseburger we ordered daily it was so addicting. It’s a NYC block and half from The beach but they provide chairs and umbrellas once you flash your hotel bracelet . Many restaurants, stores and pharmacies within walking distance def would stay agin! Def family oriented

Not our first time visiting this gorgeous island but first time at Hampton Inn and we can honestly share, won’t be our last! Arrived at 4am and Valeria was super attentive with awesome customer service, and soon I realized, so is everyone that works at this hotel. Breakfast was awesome every morning, even once had one of the staff create a specific omelette for me! Happy hour is ALWAYS a good time, not big on cocktails but give me a cold Medalla, a cool pool with beautiful landscaping in an island, perfect vacation! Everything is close, beach, restaurants, 24 hour pharmacy was about 2 blocks! The ONLY flaw I would share is the rooms are alil outdated, furniture wise, but cleanliness was superb and honestly, we don’t go on vacation to stay in the hotel all day. As long as it’s clean, respectful staff, convenient location, we good. And the staff at Hampton Inn made up for its lil flaw. Highly recommend this great hotel with a phenomenal staff.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel amenities were great and breakfast in the morning was varied and delicious. The rooms were clean and in good condition, housekeeping needs were met daily! The area around hotel is walkable and safe. The beach is about an 8 minute walk, or like three blocks. Lisa at the beach area was a great host, very friendly and attentive. Will definitely come back to this hotel when I return to Puerto Rico! Thanks Hampton team!

We've stayed at lots of Hampton Inn properties and this location by far was the absolute best. The staff went above and beyond to ensure the needs of the guests were met. For example when we arrived and went to our room we noticed the bathroom sink was clogged, it wasn't anything serious but when housekeeping arrived the next day she noticed it and had maintenance up to fix it before we got back from breakfast. It was nice to see they anticipated our concerns and addressed the issue before it got worse.

Rooms were good sized, bathroom was very nice and clean. Woman at the front desk check in was very friendly and knowledgeable. Pool area was pretty although it got crowded in the afternoon . Swim up bar with drinks and food service. Steps to an amazing beach with a private section for hotel guests which included chairs and an umbrella if desired. Complimentary breakfast was great, too. We stayed one night after our cruise, Uber 8 minutes to airport, would definitely stay again.

Happy hour 5-7pm daily free drinks! Food mediocre at best but awesome location and many other food choices literally across the street. Hot tub and pool are nice with swim ip bar. Spacious suites.

10/10. Highly recommend. Clean rooms. Walk in shower was awesome. Happy hour at the pool daily 5-7pm was the show stopper. Drinks were not watered down at all! Loved the free nachos. Breakfast was better than your average continental because they offer hot options. Didn’t have bacon but I didn’t mind the smoked sausages. The area had many walkable options for dining and convenience stores. Uber was cheap going to and from this area. 5 minute ride to the airport. Instructions to the beach can be tricky but it’s easy to get to. 3 min Uber ride but 7-10 min walk. The beach chairs reserved for Hampton guests were so helpful! They had plenty so I didn’t rush. Housekeeping came day one and straightened up and provided new towels. I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back.
