Quaint hotel in central location. Like all of San Juan, food prices on site expensive. Staff accommodating, hotel well maintained. We had double beds for family of 4, did some snuggling during the night, ha ha. Beds had a sheet only so asked for a blanket which they were quick to bring. My teens used the small pool and hot tub and enjoyed themselves. Lots of little areas to sit with a drink to socialize or quietly read. Parking is brutal, had to use valet since on street is next to impossible.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The people were very friendly and courteous. The hotel pool is a little small.

This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of Old San Juan. The location is great for exploring the old city by foot.

Many years ago it was a convent and they being able to keep it as original as posible, it’s a great place to stay and old San juan is all around you
