This was a last minute booking. It literally felt like I was at a family members home. The entire staff was pleasant and friendly and very welcoming to me. I would definitely recommend!
Terrible wifi and service, was also extremely noisy from trucks and cars at all hours of the night. Bathroom felt a bit old and yuck but bed was super comfy!!

The Hotel is pretty close to a shopping and dining area. It is accessible, clean, quiet, and with a good staff. The only thing I think they should change is the bed... It was super hard, and my back was not happy about it.
Property was small. Everything looked way bigger in pictures. Room was large. Exercise room was a joke, as was the rooftop lounge, which was difficult to access. Staff was nice. Bed was hard.
In all, it was fine, and I would stay there again if it was the best option available, but I would look for better options first.
We travel to San Juan area frequently for Dr appointments and shopping, usually requiring a 1 night stay.
Hotel Miramar meets the quality of most of the hotels we have stayed in that cost $100-$200 more.
Very nice and clean rooms. The bed was comfortable. Staff was nice.

Hotel was adequate for one night. There was a strong smell of cheap air fresheners throughout the hotel. The bed was uncomfortable. There was no coffeemaker in the room or coffee in the lobby that I saw. Fair amount of noise from the road. The lot was $15 for overnight parking. We were supposed to get a free bottle of wine with our stay (VIP Access) but the receptionist didn’t know anything about it, said she’d have to ask her manager, and did not follow up. Not a big deal, but did not receive what was stated.
I wouldn’t stay here again - there are nicer hotels with more character for a similar price in more convenient locations.
The room was a bit pricy for a basic room, but we loved the fact that we had a fridge and a microwave and wifi was also free. We liked the rooftop terrace too. Colorful flowers will do it more justice.

The elevators were not functioning overnight so we had to climb 7 floors and come down seven floors.
We dud not receive any consideration . The wifi was weak and at times dud not work
I didn’t like anything in this hotel.
The elevator was out of service.
The room’s shower was clogged.
The tv didn’t have reception (didn’t work).
They downgraded my room to 2 full bedroom room
The hotel’s parking lot was located across a busy street. When I parked my car there, the receptionist locked me in the lock. I had to call my wife to come down and tell the receptionist to open the parking lot gate.
I want to speak to somebody from Expedia to file a claim about this experience.
I could complain about small things but the people are nice there, it's very central, I mean the bed was a little stiff but your 5mn from the most beautiful beaches in the world!!!!!!! And the Miramar is a clean , English speaking, nice people establishment. Enjoy San Juan ! Condado beach I'll put against any beach on earth.
Expensive fr what it is but clean and friendly. Good restraunts within walking.

Nice building, comfortable stay and very affordable . Nice roof top spot to view the ocean. On the end of a really great street, lots to see and do. Shower early in the evening or you’ll run out of hot water lol. would stay there again!
When I got to the hotel it was nothing like what I expected the doors were broken beds and bathrooms horrible condition I had to book a stay at the hotel next door I have been dealing for a whole week for a refund and haven’t gotten any resolution! So disappointed and Expedia hasn’t help with the matter neither one person says I’m getting a refund the other says no ! What a nightmare! I am being robbed from my hard earn money !
The hotel was nothing like I expected it to be it was a little outdated and the area looked a little dirty. the room was cold and the unit in the room only blowed out cold air. When speaking with the receptionist she told me she didn’t know why to turn the temp up which we had already did and it was still blowing cold air. No resolution there…the sheets had stains in them and the tub was overfilling with water. The phone was not working to call downstairs so we had to take elevator in order to speak to someone. My fiancé immediately wanted to leave the hotel but we made the best of it due to most of the hotels being sold out. Other then that there are plenty restaurants within walking distance of the hotel
The room was very comfy & clean. The roof top lounge area was great, as was the view! The coffee bar was good, but I was disappointed that the hotel restaurant noted in the property description was not open. There are some excellent restaurants plus a small grocery store within easy walking distance however. The desk staff was friendly, helpful and kind. I'd like to especially recognize Esther, who went above & beyond in helping me after leaving my cell phone in an Uber! She was quick-thinking, resourceful & I had my phone back within an hour!
1. The property is located in a neighborhood that is not safe at night.
2. There is no parking but you must park before you check in. I called the hotel and the night-desk woman told me to park between two trees (?); there were several trees and no parking.
3. You must provide a $100.00 deposite in case there is damage to the room; reimbursed 5 to 7 days after.
4. The parking is two streets away in front of the hotel and the desk person has to open it from her desk. I had to call her to let me out (when I hit there and left).
5. The parking is extremely dark and you’re supposed to find the numbers although they are tinny numbers, not in sequence and can’t see them at night; I had to park several times and use my phone flashlight to seek the numbers. As a woman alone in that dark place, I felt unsafe.
6. The mattress was extremely hard.
Other than that, the hotel is cute and clean.

Decent room with a nice view of the water/beach. Spacious. Hot water only lasted 10 minutes. Toilet needed a double flush every time. Towels seemed to be scarce. 3.5/5⭐️
