Too expensive for the offer. The hotel needs to renew the rooms and the hotel overall.

Damp hotel rooms

Posted May 9, 2017
We started with a first floor room that was ice cold with a roaring air conditioner. We turned the air off, opened the windows and all the cold surfaces, floor, table, bedside tables got wet with condensed mousture. Everything was wet, really wet And the bed was dampish. The front desk said you have to keep all the windows shut and the air on or everthing gets wet. We moved to the next floor up, opened all the windows and after 2 hours when the table surfaces and floor warmed up it was ok. But the room still had a damp wuality to it. It seemed the staff was doing exactly the wrong thing. Staff ws nice but it is a damp hotel. Beach is gorgeous

Nice hotel...but needs an update!

Posted Apr 17, 2017
Pros: The lobby, it is in front of the beach and the pool with its bar
Cons: Facilities renovation (specially in the rooms)
Location: Located in front of the beach with many restaurants and bars near by
This hotel has been my favorite hotel in the Rincón area since it was opened (Rincón is also my favorite city of Puerto Rico to be relax). The hotel is in front of the beach with a nice pool and a bar which you can access from the pool. It has a restaurant within the facilities and an area for the children to play. It is also located near many restaurants and pubs. The lobby is beautiful. Having said this, the hotel needs an immediate update. It has the same furniture since the day it was opened (and not in good condition) and the rooms has a lot of things that require to be fixed (specially the roof and the walls). This is just a friendly review since I loved this hotel and I will like to be able to visit it more often….but the truth is that is time to invest in renovations!

Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff Excelent service. Didn't dine at restaurant. Had breakfast buffet. Could be better. Food at pool shack was ok, happy hour drinks a bit watery. Will stay again, but have breakfast elsewere.

Nice hotel near the beach

Posted Apr 17, 2017
Pros: Enviroment
Cons: Cut the palms infront of the balcony, so the People could have a real ocean view. Provide coffee or tea in the lobby.
Location: A Lot of places to eat good food, including the hotel food
The hotel is good and pleasant. The staff friendly.

Not great but not bad

Wasn't the best resort but wasn't the worst. Staff was good, rooms could use some updating, pool looks like it needs help. Food was ok.
