DO NOT SAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! THERE WAS NO WATER FOR THE BATHROOM, SHOWER OR TOILET FOR 2 DAYS AND NIGHTS!! MANAGEMENT DID NOT ADVISE OR INFORM WHAT HAPPENED OR EXPLAIN WHY IT WAS NOT FIXED. I MEAN NOT EVEN TRICKLE OF WATER IN THE SINK. AND. HOTEL MANAGEMENT DID NOT OFFER ANY COMPENSATION OR BOTTLES OF WATER FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. NEITHER EXPEDIA OR THE HOTEL HAVE OFFERED COMPENSATION FOR THIS 'INCONVENIENCE' AND THAT IS SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE.
HOTEL IS EXTREMELY UNCLEAN AND VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT MANAGEMENT DID NOT OFFER ASSISTANCE TO GUESTS REGARDING WATER SHUTOFF.
EXPEDIA - YOU SHOULD NOT CONTINUE TO LIST THIS HOTEL. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE AND NOT UP TO EXPEDIA STANDARDS.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. Indeed there was a big pipe broken,and a big part of the metropolitan area for close to 48 hour. However we did have our 1500 gallon water reservoir that was in operation which lasted nearly 36 hours.
