This was a great place. There were several restaurants in the area and everything else was a quick Uber ride away.

The billing staff was horrible. Especially, because i bought my package via Expedia. They charged me the entire hotel stay cost again, even when i told them that i had paid via Expedia. I had to go through expedia's agent and take the costs off. Multiple times they charged me for breakfast even when the breakfast was included in the room charges. I had to dispute that with my credit card company. The rooms were smaller than what the photos show. The housekeeping entered the room without permission at 8AM and woke my family up.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel needs more umbrellas around the pool area. And rooms could use bigger recycling and trash bins. Also, the $65 daily resort fee (plus about $7 tax) must have slipped my mind. A bit painful to pay. Still--great stay and will recommend.

Service was terrible takes about 30 minutes just to get a water plus sleeping was a no go noise at 4am to 7am and still no security nor a care in the world, for the guests.

The hotel is very clean, quiet and right on the beach. The property is relatively small and not as grand as other marriotts I’ve stayed in but perfectly nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite small.

The room was over priced, not worth money payed. The bathroom had no fan for ventilation. The paint looked horrible in there and not maintained. Our patio was not cleaned there were Tito’s (vodka) mini bottles on the floor. Not enough lights, the light were extremely dim.

This was our 2nd stay. Completely different. Dirty rooms. Sprayed bed pillows with some strong chemicals that made me sick. Told management and the girl used the same chemical to clean the floors next day. Restaurant was being remodeling so we couldn’t eat on the patio and look at the ocean. Painting in the hallways of our room. Made me sick toxic smelling paint. On the balcony of our room smelled of majajuana everyday. Also people smoking marjajana in the hallways smelled everyday.I was sick the whole time from this and ruined my trip. Will not go there again!

Spent a week here with my family. Rooms are large enough to accommodate queen beds so I don’t know why they use full beds as those are small for 2 adults. Loved the balcony. The bathroom literally had one tiny hook for towels which is only good for one of the four of us. Everyone else’s towels were strung about to dry across chair backs, the shower curtain rod etc plus we still needed a place for swimsuits to drip dry. My other complaint is the insane amount of plastic used here - tiny bar cups and I bet none of it gets recycled. Getting a chair at the pool required getting your towels out to save them by 7:00am despite the rule that there’s no saving chairs…. Very convenient to beach, dining, shopping. Breakfast overpriced at $44. Didn’t eat here except one breakfast. Pool area would be more relaxing if one of the 2 was dedicated to adults. Pool area also really slippery-tile here may look pretty but it’s not very safe.

The Puerto Rican people are polite and friendly. The hotel was well staffed and very accommodating. The local prices are expensive but I understand why.

It would have been fine for half the price. Not only was the resort overpriced for what it was, the food was mediocre and overpriced, $40 per person for breakfast that would often be provided included in stays at most hotels. I had someone else’s dirty clothes in my room when I checked in. Not properly cleaned. Floors were filthy. I only had two meals and a couple drinks during my 6 days, left with an additional final bill of $925 for that, resort fees, and parking. It was wild! The staff was the only positive.

Great location in Condado-we were able to walk to enless options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A Starbucks is across the street as well. We only dined in the hotel at the pool cafe-and the food there was really good. Housekeeping was extremely detailed in their cleaning and all staff were very helpful and courteous. Enterprise was right on site for our car rental. Great for family and kids. Standard rooms are small and only have double beds, so be aware. Only about 3 mi from Old San Juan and 15 min from SJU.

We absolutely loved the resort. The staff are so friendly the grounds are beautiful. The beach is gorgeous. The only thing that I didn't like was our bathroom smelled of mildew pretty badly and the walls are paper thin you can hear EVERYTHING on your floor. Other than that the room was nice and our ocean view balcony was amazing!

It was an OK stay, wasn't blown away. Room is tiny as is the bathroom. The restaurants across the street are horrible; the restaurants in the hotel are mediocre at best. We did like the pizza and gelato place on premises. There is one good place nearby, best to head away from the area for food. The hotel is attached to a CVS so you can stock up on snacks and adult beverages. Hotel prices for food and drink are ridiculous. The casino is OK, but limited table games, no dice games.
