We enjoyed our time here. They are under construction but almost done. We would recommend the roof top lounge. Great atmosphere, food and beverage. Views are spectacular. Pool was small but they are adding another area. Access to beach was fantastic and it was easy to walk around and grab Ubers.

I would stay here again. The only thing I didn't like was they don't have a fridge, microwave or vending machine. The fridge they have only has room for things you purchase from hotel.

This hotel is still very much under construction. Rooms are decorated nicely and staff is friendly but there is noise and you enter a side service door entrance to get to the elevators. The rooftop pool is very small and there’s a total of six chairs. Don’t book tours there. There is plenty of food within walking distance.

Property was right on a beautiful beach. Views of the water from the room were great. Shower was amazing with great soaps. Staff was super friendly. Construction was a bit annoying at times.

Property was in a great location. When we first arrived it took us 20 mins to get checked in. The sense of urgency and customer service is the very last thing on the staff working the front desk mind. The employee that checked us in didn’t even offer or tell us about the wrist band that you need in order to get an umbrella and chairs out on the beach. We had found out on our last day there about it. Room was very nice and spacious however our shower was leaking water out into the room every time we showered which was the only negative.

it is on the best beach with fantastic views! In the process of being beautifully redone and the areas that have been renovated are very soothing and appeal to the senses. The roof top pool and restaurant are extras you wouldn't expect but are well worth it. the bar is staffed by talented mixologists who create exquisite cocktails. the Japanese Peruvian fusion restaurant sounds odd but the woman chef/owner makes it work in gastonomical magic.

Loved the hotel. Specious room and well decorated. If you’re an early bird don’t stay on the top floor on the weekend. Lots of partying and loud music from the restaurant. Other than that it was a lovely stay. Would stay there again.

I like the friendliness of the people at the resort, especially Josa helping us at the beach with chairs and towels. They are under construction at the resort, however the steps entering the walk way has some weakness to it, if you’re not careful you at risk for a fall.

The staff was amazing, especially Marcos the beach staff. he was so friendly and always willing to accommodate whatever we needed. Hotel rooms were perfect. Hotel under construction right now but it didn’t bother us one bit for our stay.

The hotel was nice! They are doing construction so it’s a little noisy and you have to enter through a side door, but that didn’t bother us much. We will definitely be back when the remodeling is finished.

1. Housekeeping not up to par. 2. No cream/ milk provided for coffee. 3. No Do not Disturb tag provided and none brought upon request. 4. No instructions for safe. 5. No information regarding WIFI. 6. Restaurant opened very late each day. 7. Food (only breakfast) was not good. 8. Hotel under construction (noisy and windows filthy) and we were not told beforehand. 9. Noise from above and from elevator was frustrating. 10. Paid to upgrade room and absolutely shocked to discover it was not an upgrade. We have traveled extensively and are not complainers!

Great property. Centrally located. Rooftop restaurant was excellent. Beach staff was friendly and accommodating. The only downfall was the construction happening at the hotel.

Fantastic stay… Walk 25 yards and you are on the beach where Marcos greets you and gets your sun chairs and umbrella ready for the day. The staff was very friendly and always ready to share a suggestion on dining or activities nearby. Everything you need is within walking distance of the hotel and if you need transportation Uber services were always available and very reasonable. The hotel is under construction but it didn’t affect our stay. Elevators always worked and we never ran out of hot water.. We will be returning for sure.

I like that we are right on the beach and can walk right out and be at the beach. We stayed on the 9th floor and elevator noises all night from somewhere. Had to wear head phones at night because of the constant washing machine spin cycle noise from the elevator. Staff was very friendly.

Although they are going thru a re construction you can tell how much more beautiful the place is going to be. But the room we stayed in was gorgeous my favorite part was the shower it was so nice the room was so cozy and comfy staff was great manager even sent a complimentary drink for my husbands birthday next area right on the beach the roof top pool and bar omg it doesn’t get any better than that. Overall very nice and satisfying stay don’t hesitate to book

This was honestly THE WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE of my life. I’m in my mid 30s have traveled across Europe and etc and I must say I’ve stayed in $25 hostels better than this property. They had a dumpster by the entrance to the lobby that smelled horrible. Outside of the property there was construction, dirty green sewage that had a foul smell. The elevators weren’t working I had to walk up 8 floors! The rooftop pool that everyone said was nice was super filthy!! The water didn’t look clean and the area outside the pool was dirty and not attended to it. The paint was chipping the chairs were old and dirty as well. Farrrr from aesthetically pleasing. I’ve seen project pools that look better. The rooms were nice I’ll say that but they weren’t the cleanest either dust all over the room! And what made it even worse you could hear the loud construction from the room. You heard men yelling and power tools at all hours of the night. The staff was rude, non responsive & not helpful at all. It’s like they took a class in how to be a horrible customer service rep and they all passed w/ straight A’s! We had originally booked for 4nights but left after one. I could barely sleep due to the noise and you could smell the dumpster in the stairwells. No ice machines, they said room service is optional if the kitchen feels like bringing it. And the worst part of it all. WE CANT GET OUR MONEY BACK!! Asked for a partial refund due to these issues & they said should’ve read the reviews before booking
