Great hotel

This was a beautiful hotel. The pool area was the best part they have an infinity pool that is absolutely beautiful. Staff meme are amazing especially the valet guys. Shoutout to Jonathan.V. It is also clean. Only thing I didn't like is that I had no fridge in my room and they didn't have a microwave on the premises. Everything else was great. Oh they also give I free bug spray to keep away the Zik

We didn't really get a chance to get to enjoy all of the hotel amenities. Our stay was more business than pleasure. The rate included breakfast which was so convenient since we spent most of the stay at the convention center. The club lounge had coffee almost 24/7. I have stayed there before but the room we stayed at was the most comfortable I've stayed at. The hotel staff is always cordial, they really go out of their way to make your day as hassle free and enjoyable as ever.

Pros: What I liked about the Sheraton was the cleanliness and the staff, they were all so helpful and polite.
Cons: Well, my only thought is they could provide a shuttle bus to and from the airport or other little nearby spots.
Location: The location is wonderful. But there really isn't any place to walk to, you have to take a cab.
I went to the Sheraton for some well deserved rest. Quiet, clean and the staff are great. The pool super clean with an awesome view of the ships by the bay. Right across the street from the front entrance is this little spot called Ficus Mexican Bar and Grill. Food was great and the dj was awesome. I loved this little quiet getaway. I will come back.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We Celebrated our 26th anniversary. Hotel staff was wonderful. I would have loved to be near the beach but the beautiful pool made up for it. Thanks

Pros: The pool, the service, the $5 coupon for forgoing room cleanup, and the comfy beds.
Cons: Maybe the cable and possibly more food options on the room service menu.
Location: Wonderfull location. We took a car service to Old San Juan, Condado or Santurce almost each night we were there.
We extended one more week just because the spaces were too good to give up. Not too empty not too full. Not too many kids. The beds were great.

Wonderfull and worth it

We stayed here while we were waiting for our new house to be ready. Having to stay a while longer in a hotel we extended another week here even though there were many cheaper options. If you opt for not getting your room cleaned they give you a voucher for $5 or 250 spg pts which gets you free coffe! Pool is perfect and so is he staff.

beautiful hotel

Had a great experience here at the Sheraton. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is close to Old San Juan and the airport. The rooms are very clean and the views from the windows are gorgeous. Overall I had a wonderful experience.

Hospitality was amazing!

Pros: Liked the restaurant, poolside restaurant, casino, sushi bar, convenience store. Staff was exceeded my expectations as far as their hospitality.
Cons: Not having to pay additional for a microwave or fridge
Location: Texas de Brasil and a restaurant called Ficus is the only thing that is walking distance. Everything else requires transportation
Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. Only thing I that would have made it better was that your microwave and fridge be included in the room already. You have to pay an additional fee per day for these two "amenities." Also, unfortunately the hotel is not located walking distance near restaurants and shops so you have to take a taxi or uber anywhere you want to go. I know this isn't there fault but a lot of the other hotels are centrally located and clustered near many things. If you want to take an uber you have to walk around the corner and pick it up near the restaurant next to the hotel because uber and taxi are in major conflict.
