The hotel needs to reinvest in key facilities. Example the pool itself the tiles are falling apart, the tiles around the pool had a film of dirt, the beach is dirty and it needs to be cleaned and the rooms definitely need to be remodeled and cleaned better.

They charged a beach towel someone took while we were in the pool and the staff took our personal towel from the room. Expensive and rundown place

The bathroom near the snack area was soiled... Disgusting!. They should keep it clean. The pool by the hotel was closed for renovation, only the pools at the beach club were open. They should have made renovations before the busy season... it was full and Hotel guests did not have the option to use the closer pool, only the ones also open to day-pass visitors. They had newer staff at check in, and it took a long time in the lobby to check us in at 3:00 p.m.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, the only thing was the air condition machine seems it would need service or change as it didn´t cool as it should, also if you need to get out of parking it´s difficult as you need to get your parking ticket stamp by hotel and there are a lot of queues at lobby.

I liked the pool and plantation areas. The beach was very dirty full of garbage. The hotel room was clean but need major renovation. The ac made noise all night. Hotel is in 3 star category. All inclusive food was ok, but not worth $65 additional. Your website should not categorize this as all inclusive, since it is additional charge. I misunderstood and had to extra $65 per person.

Make sure to take mosquitoe repellent. Not enough lights in second pool area. Dinning closes early take snacks slides not open unless guests ask for it

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here.

They offered “Free WiFi” but it did not work. They told us it would be fixed soon, but it was not and they told us only in the Lobby it works. For a tourist that requires WiFi for business needs, it’s most important. There is no fridge or microwave in our room. Contacting the lobby takes a long time because there’s not enough staff. Other than that, the location, pool, and breakfast was good

Facility has such potential. You can tell they fell behind the maintenance during the pandemic. Pool tiles were coming up left and right. Pull out bed was broken to pieces. Staff were great though and kept the Pina Coladas flowing!
