"I came to Mexico for surgery and needed a safe/quiet place near hospital to stay. I LOVED this resort. I was very upset it was a timeshare place at first as I have been through these experiences on accident and I HATE the experience but they were not pushy and I ended up actually buying into the club because every person I talked to the entire time that had been coming for 20+ years and loved it. Saw 2-3 generations of families. Super fun activities like kayaking/bingo/water aerobics. Clean, nice staff, well-priced restaurant with good food. Pool was salt water. Very clean. Iguanas everywhere and birds. Loved everyone I ran into/met (lots of families from midwest/canada). Never thought of myself as a vacation/timeclub person and I was traveling alone, but I am excited to return with my kids and hopefully grandchildren someday. The club presentation was painless and affordable option. My rooms was one of the older ones and yes the hotel needs upgrades on that side but they are trying. Covid and earthquake were rough on them and it's an old resort but the club/upgraded side is gorgeous with stellar views. My ONLY complaint was the laundry situation. You have to get tokens from the cafe. It takes awhile. You have to buy your own soap. Tokens are different for both sides and I was given wrong ones one time (had to launder alot after surgery due to drainage) This laundry things needs to be fixed as this was the only thing I saw people get frustrated about and I was!"

"The grinds were immaculately manicured the employees were pleasant. The two bedroom had generous sized rooms and beds it took a few tries to get a few extra spoons and a roll of paper towels. Overall I would definitely stay there again."

"The lady at check in whom works overnights was really pleasant Secondly the lady that checked me in let me go into my room way earlier than expected. I made a simple inquiry if she recommended anywhere for me to wait until check in and bam she let me in the room Third - the lady who is the facilities manager, very professional and a very gentle way of running operations. Ran into her in the hallway lost and showed me where I need to go. "

"This was our first time in Puerto Vallarta the experience was amazing… everyone at this resort was friendly always greeting people and making sure we were ok… this resort is a 10 for me… I would definitely book with them again.. Staff is Awesome "
