Great location and nice hotel!

The location of the hotel is amazing. The hotel itself is also great but it the rooms and bathrooms need a deeper cleaning. The curtains are getting old and pretty dirty. The air conditioning in our room was noisy and kept us up for part of the night. The food was good and the staff were very kind and always willing to help. Big thanks to Julio in the lobby for helping us get settled in!

Beautiful surroundings

The room are big, clean and comfortable.. staff are nice. Too far from airport and everything else. Very very small beach but nice. But I we old giv ed them a 2 in food. The buffet lacks variety, ed very day you have the same thing for breakfast and most of the time food is cold. You get 1 dinner Ala cart for every 2 nights which is not enough. I would rate the hotel 3.5 but not a 4!!

Pros: Absolutamente todo.
Cons: Nada
Location: Estuve los cuatro dias y tres noches y no necesite salir del hotel, por la diversidad de actividades asi que no tuve oportunidad de estar fuera.
Recepcion ejecutiva de primer nivel, alimentos deliciosos, recomendable para cualquier persona, en tres noches y cuatro dias, no encontre algo indeseable o incomodo, precio bajo para el servicio que prestan y la atencion que se brinda, creo que no podria criticar absolutamente NADA.

Far from the airport; small beach

I stayed at the Barcelo in Cabo San Lucas and was extremely impressed! Unfortunately, this Barcelo resort isn't nearly as nice, but still enjoyable. Here are a few tidbits: Internet fees are $10/day per device. (Very slow and disconnected often) Most resorts at least provide free wifi in the lobby. Our room was very spacious and had a great balcony view! The con to our room would be that we had staff coming to our room mutilple times a day for various "necessary reasons" like checking the balcony doors, checking the bathroom, and other misc reasons - all things aside from cleaning the room, it was weird. If you do not hang your do not disturb sign on the outside of the door, they use their keys and walk right in! (It happened three times in one day while we were in the room!) Frustrating. Once I talked to the front desk about the situation, we were left alone the rest of the trip, but still. That was something I've never experienced before at any other resort. It made us wonder why and what they were really doing in our rooms in the first place! Overall friendly staff, decent food (I would recommend the Italian and Spanish restaurants!) and a nice family friendly resort. If you're looking for a family getaway, I would recommend this place! Friends and couples, I would recommend an adults only resort. They tend to have more amenities, cleaner pools/beaches, and less noise. Hope this helps!

Our stay was awesome, good restaurants, nice beach, clean pools, lots of activities. The kids tend to overtake the swim up bar though. Would definitely recommend!

Exceeded all our expectations.

Check in fast and efficient. Room serviced promptly and meticulously. Pool maintained continuously and all areas kept clean and tidy. Restaurants were themed and food beautifully presented and prepared. Multiple activities kept energy levels high. Can't wait to return.

Great hotel on the beach.

The staff was sweet, made us feel special. The food at the little outdoor grill was our favorite. We got a lot for our money. The pool got quite crowded mid day, to be expected. Wonderful location on a little cove.

Fun in the Sun!

Pros: The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Rooms were decent and food was good and plenty of it....
Cons: Wish they offered free Wi-Fi. Too many vendors selling stuff on the beach, I had to politely turn someone down every 5 minutes...
Location: We didn't leave the resort but they kept us busy with activities every hour.
We had a great time on our vacation. While the weather wasn't 100% sunny, we still made it work.

Picina de adultos muy bien chapoteadero infantil muy pequeño la playa muy fea casi no hay playa los baños de la habitación viejos, y tapados duraba mucho para que fuera el agua de la tina. Y lavamanos no regreso

The room was not ready until 5 o'clock , the waitres at the cantina were very rude and unpolite !! Food was very good
