Chasing the sun, swattin bugs all in a days work
Posted Feb 13, 2017
The bugs were terrible, bites and itching, bring your itch cream. The cove is beautiful, but, the sun doesn't get to the beach until about noon. So you can try and find a spot near the pool with sun, then head to beach at noonish. The grounds were lovely, staff wonderful, the food, well, they need some help. Food was always cold and it all tasted the same.
The only benefit of the Premiere package was the ability to make dinner reservations nightly if you chose to. We went to the steak restaurant, we didn't make a reservation to go back to it.
The beach, looked lovely, but the waves and undertow made it difficult to go in the ocean safely.
Unlike other all inclusive resorts, there was no activities in the pool area at all, or beach.
It was ok, but we wouldn't go back as there are just too many other places that offer so much more.
