A hotel that you will get for what you pay

It need a lot of remodeling especial in the pool because my daughter got cut several time her feets due missing tiles and the floor amoun the pool very slippery, I saw a lot of people falls down becouse of that. Enterteiment sucks after 10 pm everything is dead Boarded the only show is bad and the bands that play music as soon as their time is over they don't wanna even play an extra song! Food was kind of the same every day, different name same taste and the beach the water great but very rocky the bottom of the sea, over all a good location for malecon and others points of view! I will go back only if I'm on a buyet !

Geweldig hotel

Pros: Het personeel, de service, het eten en de locatie. Direct aan het strand en 10 minuten lopen van de boulevard.
Cons: De uitstraling en afwerking.
Location: Het hotel zit aan het begin van een hele lange winkelstraat die uitkomt op de boulevard. Dus er is altijd wel wat te doen. Bus en taxi voor de deur.
Het personeel van dit hotel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De service is echt geweldig. Het eten is ook heerlijk. Vooral de a la carte is echt een aanrader. Je moet er wel elke dag voor reserveren maar het is echt de moeite waard. En het zit bij het all-inlcusive. Er is een nette fitnessruimte. De lobby en de kamers hebben wel een inrichting/afwerking die verbeterd kan worden. Beetje oud.

Okay so this hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel but it's a 2 star at most. Horrible communication watered down drinks with cheap alcohol that gives you headaches. Food is bad , they reuse the same sheets and its very noisy due to the size of the hotel. Overall horrible experience stayed a night than rented a room at the Marriott.

Stay away from this hotel

Choosing this hotel was a big mistake. We came there around 3pm to check in but the room wasn't ready yet. We waited for like an hour to finally get in the room. Of course there are no towels in the room, bathroom sink was leaking, and it was like 30 degree Celsius in the room, air conditioner isn't working. Called them for our first night to get it fixed but the maintenance guy just adjusted the thermostat and didn't check if the air conditioner is blowing cool air or not. On our 2nd night we called them again coz it's really warm in the room but nobody came. We couldn't sleep that night. They don't even have a fan in the room. Swimming pool has a vomit and some kind of sanitary napkin. Other than that, the hotel looks nice from the outside.

Me gusto xq esta la playa cerca al hotel y se me hace muy bien que haya un snack y que los meseros estén al pendiente de los huéspedes solo falta incluir mas cosas de comida para niños pero en lo demás muy bueno👍🏻

Pros: Staff (especially Jorge at the pool!!!), hotel rooms (request ocean side and higher up to avoid noise), food options, and location
Cons: It would have been amazing if there were more snack options offered throughout the day. Also, the bars were not open as early as we had hoped
Location: 10 minute walk to boardwalk- clubs/bars and also souvenir shopping. Lots of activities on the beach. 15 min drive from airport.
Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had the best experience ever! The staff is extremely helpful, the food exceeded my expectations (no problems being a vegetarian), the facilities were clean, location was central to everything we wanted, and the drinks were delicious. We were a little skeptical at first, but overall we had an amazing time here!

Nice comfortable hotel with great location

Pros: Location and service.
Cons: The rooms can be updated on certain areas and our first room had a funky smell. We were changed to another room.
Location: Several restaurants around, shopping, ATM.
Spent four nights and five days at Buenaventura Grand Hotel with my two kids (12 and 10 ), my mother and myself. We had a great time. The staff is very polite and courteous. Specially some of the waiters at the beach and the animation and kids club staff. The food at the Sunset Restaurant had good quality and is delicious. The service was great! Too bad we couldn't stay for the Mexican night on friday night. This is a great option if you are looking for a fair price, location and a family oriented hotel. I will definitely return if in the area.
