Hotel room wasn't ready when we arrive around 4PM. All front desk staff are really rude!

Hotel agradable, pero le faltan algunos detalles.

Pros: El trato del personal excelente y buena comidad
Cons: El servicio de Toallas, asi como el shampooo no hubo!!! son detalles, pero importantes!!
Location: tienen actividades durante todo el día y en la noche tiene shows diferentes cada día
En la alberca de los niños faltan mas sillas, bancas o sillones son muy pocas para tantos niños, El servicio de los empleados muy buenos

Pros: La atención del personal
Cons: Sus instalaciones, le falta mucho mantenimiento El elevador está terrible
Location: Buen trabajo de equipo de animación Su personal de seguridad debería estar más pendiente de los vendedores ambulantes en la playa
El hotel está aceptable, nada del otro mundo La comida de los restaurantes de especialidades deja mucho que desear y no hacen valer las normas de vestimenta

UN GRAN HOTEL PENSADO EN FAMILIAS (CON NIÑOS)

Pros: EL AREA DE JUEGOS, EL BAR PENSADO EN NIÑOS Y ADULTOS.
Cons: SI, SALVO QUE EN EL BARCO CONSIDERO YO QUE YA EN LA PARTE DONDE ESTA EL TIMON LES HACE FALTA UN BARANDAL PARA EVITAR ACCIDENTES.
Location: CONTRATAMOS EL TODO INCLUIDO Y NO TUVIMOS LA NECESIDAD DE SALIR DEL HOTEL.
DESDE EL ARRIBO HASTA QUE LO DEJAMOS FUE TODO EXCELENTE. LA COMIDA MUY BIEN EL SERVICIO DE BARRA PERFECTA, TANTO POR LAS BEBIDAS PARA LOS ADULTOS COMO PARA LOS NIÑOS.

Good place to for family w kids

Storage room was assign to our family w garden view (room 368). We got change to room 470 (street view ) which is as not much modern as rooms at garden view side. So disappointed Majority guest are Mexican but they are very friendly. Good place for Who want to practice Spanish

Awesome hotel

Pros: Food, bars, pools, beach and activities.
Cons: communication about daily activites
Location: excellent and easy to get to everything
Family of 4, we stayed for 1 week and wanted to stay longer. The hotel was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful, especially the entertainment guys. The food was great, drinks great, the kids loved the buffet. The variety of pools was excellent and the beach was fun and safe for swimming. A great family resort. We loved our stay and will be coming back next year.

ON the beach, beautiful pools, very family friendl

Check in was quick, despite a multitude of people checking in. All of the staff were extremely polite and professional, from the check in clerk, to the wait staff, to the bar tenders, gardeners, and even the house keeping staff. Upon entering our room, the bell boy noticed that the mini bar was not stocked and the safe was locked. He made a phone call and both were taken care of within 10 minutes. Housekeeping wad good - though a little hit or miss. We were sure to tip the housekeeper each day (nothing big, 2 US dollars each day - one dollar for each bed). The sheets were always changed and the floor always mopped; however, the number of towels always was different - one day it was 2, the next is was 3, then it was 4. It was really interesting. The food was AMAZING. Not world class, Michelin star amazing, but local central Mexican cuisine providing a true taste of PV amazing. There is always something to meet your tastes. We made reservations at the French al a carte one night. Beautiful space and set up, but I was NOT a fan of the food (fondue was tasty, but evertrying else we had was sub par). It should be noted that this may not be the fault of the restaurant - perhaps french cuisine is really just awful. Makes sense as to why you don't see a lot of French restaurants around! We did notice that the Mexican nationals do not tip. This made it very nice. In fact, we didn't even see Americans or Canadians tip. That was sad, but we made sure to tip very well!

Service was terrible

Hotel staff is not very nice, at the reception, for the most part waiters and waitresses where nice, u never have towels in your room, when u ask for it u have to keep calling because they take forever to bring them to u, the beds and pillows are the most uncomfortable I've ever use, the food was ok, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Great place for kids.

Pros: The family environment .
Cons: the lobby personal and services, such as check out .
Location: Its close to down town , 10 minutes on a bus , there is a supermarket just 2 blocks away.
My experience inside the hotel was good , room was clean , a lot of things to do for the kids , good food , the buffet was great , my only suggestion would be to improve the check in and check out process , its painfully slow , also the lobby needs to be remodeled.
