La mayoría del personal es muy amable, la comida buena y variada. La playa y la alberca agradables. Lo único malo fue al ir de salida en recepción, todo lo bueno y amable que fueron al llegar no lo fueron tanto al salir, sobretodo al preguntar sobre el depósito que hice al llegar, pero un buen lugar en general.

Very comfortable hotel n amenities

Everyone was very nice and very polite. We really enjoyed the stuff. The food was great. Mexican night was nice. Just be careful from local guys/business at the beach. Our kids wanted to jetsky and we were quoted $15 for half an hour but then got bullied to pay $50 for half an hour. That was not cool at all. Do your homework. This guys were located on the right side of the hotel at the beach. We found another guy on the left side of the hotel at the beach renting his jetskies for $15 per half hour. Good luck.

vacaciones en puerto vallarta

Pros: la atencio del personal y sus instalaciones
Cons: dificilmente ya que cuenta con todo.
Location: las actividades en el hotel son exelente y los alrededores se encuentran tiendas de prestigio, el centro de la ciudad a 15 min.
exelente hotel nos hacen sentir en casa y sobre todo la atencion de rodrigo cap. de meseros y el maestro de yoga que desde las 10.00 ya estabamos a la orilla de la playa.

Small hotel that focused on quality.

Pros: The rooms were simple but clean. Our king size bed was INCREDIBLE! Girls DB beds weren't a new/comfortable. It was good overall.
Cons: Nothing that matters.
Location: The reason we come to PV is because of the historical old town that is still unique & the mountains. Such a beautiful setting and we love the people.
We've traveled to over 35 countries and have stayed in numerous AI hotels. This one was very special. The food was outstanding! I really could not get over the quality, especially of the Italian restaurant. We didn't eat there until the 3rd night because who goes to Mexico to eat Italian but it was incredible! The duck was my favorite along with the carpaccio. When the service wasn't perfect, it was as if they realized they didn't completely hit the mark and made up for it moving forward. For example, my daughter wanted to make a bracelet but no one showed up so they weren't ready. They came and found us in the pool and encouraged us to get out and come back to make them. WHO does that? We had room service almost every morning and only one time did it not arrive within the 30-minute window. The property was super clean and is a place we will return to. I think sometimes people feel like they need to stay in a huge AI to get an incredible experience and discount the smaller ones. This one truly took their mission seriously and exceeded all of our expectations.

Nice staff, clean hotel, but there needs to be staff who understands English better, as they cannot get orders correctly or forgets entirely. Service is slow and towels are very rough. Food and drinks are average and very little to no entertainment.

Nice hotel, great location (close to everything), and top notch service. Everything was clean, the very few issues we head, were addressed immediately and professionally, and the food, drinks, and service were superb. Everyone who works there seems genuinely happy to be there, and so eager to make your stay memorable. We will definitely be back.

Pros: Service, close proximity to beaches and Boardwalk.
Location: Beaches and downtown Boardwalk.
Great location. Friendly people. Fun. Expedia was terrible. I highly recommend people to choose another travel provider. Very poor customer service, unable to connect when an issue (not hotel related) arose. Not helpful at all. If you use Expedia you are on your own.

Family Friendly.

Pros: All of the food in every restaurant was plentiful, varied, and delicious. We especially enjoyed the themed dinner buffets.
Cons: The pool area definitely needs more umbrellas (maybe one umbrella for every two lounge chairs) because it was difficult to find a chair in the shade.
Location: The hotel is located on the main road and it is very easy to catch a bus or taxi. Activities include strolling the malecon and Vallarta Adventures.
This is a family-friendly all-inclusive. The entire pool is just less than 4 feet deep, except for the small children's area which is gently sloped. The staff need to be more attentive to cleanliness around the pool and picking up used plates and beverages. One day there was a huge pile of you-know-what from some animal, and everybody just walked around it. I finally had to ask someone to clean it. An employee came and only swept it up, but there were still remnants stuck to the concrete and of course people were walking all over in their bare feet. There were lots of families with very small infants and children. We enjoyed all the restaurants and relaxing near the pool. The couple glitches we ran into were that our minibar was not cooling properly, and it took three days to get it swapped out. Also, our housekeeper would take away all of our dirty towels but not leave clean ones. We learned to call Guest Services from our room which got a quick response. If you ask the front lobby desk employees, nothing will happen. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
