We had a great time. The food and drinks were delicious. It is a beautiful property that is very serene. As soon as you walk in you feel the peacefulness. The staff was the best part. Everyone was nice and accommodating. We will definitely go back.

Check in was very late but that was to be expected. Hotel in a decent location. Kind of away from the main street so you have to walk a bit to access anything. Staff friendly and helpful.

The room was decent but nowhere near what we expected. The door frame looked as if someone had previously tried to break in. The bathroom is in need of a major renovation. The floors are also in need of some heavy duty cleaning. Especially in the bathroom. The sound on our tv barely worked. We had to keep turning it on and off to try to get sound. We paid for all inclusive but it wasn’t worth it food wise. The food wasn’t great nor was it much of a selection. So I feel like I wasted money doing all inclusive. There is construction noise during the day however that didn’t bother us. I did like that it was other restaurants we could walk to to eat. Overall the stay wasn’t completely terrible but I would never stay here again.

The struggle was not so friendly staff of my 10 days 2 of the men bartending were very nice, the rest do not great or even acknowledge your presence.

We stay twice a year and this time the food was excellent! A change in management greatly improved the food service. Most employees were very nice. But the internet in our room was almost nothing. It was the worst ever.when i complained to the desk it worked for a while then went bad agai . I could only use it well when i was in public areas of the resort

I stayed here 2x. The staff was always friendly and the grounds are impeccable. The first night I stayed was great the second time I stayed 2 weeks later our room had no air conditioning and was humid and hot we were right by elevators and heard everyone coming and going.

We go often to PVR and this time we wanted to try a different resort and location. We felt all the time that we were controlled. First of all they give you a bracelet (even if you are not all inclusive); and if you loose it or it is damaged, they charge $10 dollars and for all inclusive $50 dollars! Then they give you a card to get towels for the pool, if you don’t give the towels back you can’t have your card and then you can’t have more towels…all this thing is crazy. The bathroom is tiny and when you take a shower all the water is everywhere. We request to take one of the bracelet out for my daughter because she had picture sessions and the woman in the counter wasn’t happy about that. We requested as an exception so we don’t have to pay the $10. And last of all, this morning (we were leaving) we went to eat to the buffet and the waitress welcome us saying…I have to tell you though this buffet is 225 pesos!!! Like we couldn’t afford it…I was like..are you kidding me?! This was our first and last time here. Good luck To you if you booked here 😁

We have stayed at this location many other times in years past. Always clean!! Restaurant was nice but they weren't very anxious to accommodate five people as they wouldn't slide two tables together which made a long wait until that other table was available. Other than that everything it was very good. Will book again next year through expedia. Thanks.

The room had a spectacular view of the pool and marina. The ability to open the patio door and let in fresh air made our stay more comfortable without having to overuse the AC. The staff was very accommodating in allowing us to check out later and use the facilities. The food was very good with ample choices.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this property. We just needed a place to stay one night before a flight. The hotel is right on the Marina so there are shops and bars and restaurants all around. The grounds of the hotel are lush and green and the pool is long enough to do laps in. The hotel room was spacious and clean, and comfortable with a lovely view over the courtyard, pool and Marina. The staff were friendly and helpful. Th airport was also close. I would definitely stay again!

The staff was exceptionally helpful and polite! We loved the peacefulness of the property and it was perfect for us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. There could maybe be more lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pool. Also, mini fridges upon request and coffee makers in the room would be nice too That is our only suggestions ! We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for one night. Overall better experience than we were expecting! The property is nicely kept and very cute. Not a lot of seating at the pool although we did not use it, nor did we try the restaurant- based on the review's it seemed pretty underwhelming. Great location for exploring Vallarta and the marina is nice to walk around. Staff very friendly! Would recommend!

I would have liked complimentary coffee or tea. But even though there was coffee in the lobby you had to pay like 90 pesos for 2 cups of coffee. The bell boys were excellent. Spoke great english and very willing to help.
