Es un hotel tradicional en Vallarta, con instalaciones limpias, personal muy amable con una gran vista de la marina

Staff was very friendly food was awesome location was great stayed in the penthouse level was really awesome definitely recommend for the price totally worth it

Qualité et emplacement

Pros: Emplacement, propreté et service. Très belle piscine
Cons: Remplacement de certaines pièces de mobilier (sofa)
Location: Marina Vallarta à pieds, Centre commercial Galerias Vallarta (2km par le bus), Vieux Vallarta et le Malecon (en bus pour 7,5 pesos MXN)
Notre séjour comme tout les précédents était très bien. Cet hôtel est très bien localisé sur la marina avec beaucoup de bons et même très bon restaurant (ei: 4 Sapori).La vue de notre chambre comme la majorité est sur la marina. Vous pouvez aller au centre-ville en prenant l'autobus local à un coin de rue pour environ 0,50$ cdn (7,5 pesos). Le personnel de l'hôtel est très attentionné dont le bagagiste (Leonardo) et notre femme de ménage (Rebecca) ainsi que tous les autres membres du personnel, plusieurs parlent anglais pour les voyageurs ne parlant pas l'espagnol. L'installation récente de téléviseurs à écran plat fut appréciée. Le sofa mériterait d'être remboursé ou remplacé dans la chambre 426. Nous y retournons. G et C

Ceiling fan fell onto the bed with sparks flying

Cons: I was lied to by the hotel manager who said they would give us the room gratis, all I had to do was contact Expedia for a refund.
I was standing beside the bed trying to put the bedlight on when my daughter clicked on a switch on the wall. There was an immediate loud "POP", sparks flying everywhere and as I looked up to see what was happening, the ceiling fan crashed onto the bed, and one of the blades hit me on the head. The night clerk was very concerned, offering a doctor, but I told him I wasn't seriously hurt. The next day, the female manager met with me to clarify all the details given to her by her night clerk and told me to contact Expedia who would give me a refund for the room as compensation for my fright. I have contacted Expedia who contacted the hotel who claim to have NO KNOWLEDGE of this incident and refuse the refund. There are no safety chains on any of their ceiling fans, the hotel is old and it could happen again to someone else. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years as we live in Mexico 6 months of the year and in Ontario 6 months of the year and have to fly in and out of Puerto Vallarta from Toronto on our way further south. We will neverr stay in the Flamingo Hotel again.

Only stayed one night but it was fine.

Location: Located in the marina. Some small shops and restaurants nearby. Minutes from the airport.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was fine. The music was a bit loud around the pool but didn't bother me. The restaurant was particularly good. The hotel seems to be popular with younger Mexican couples and families.

Location: En la marina, muy cómodo para salir a caminar
El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, el personal de recepción, restaurante y alberca es muy amable. La instalaciones están bien de acuerdo al precio. El todo incluido debería mejorar la calidad de sus bebidas
