The resort was beautiful. The upper restaurant with pool overlooking the ocean was gorgeous. It made our arrival to the place so especial. They had live music which elevated the experience. The pool areas are wonderful and peaceful. Wonderful stay

Beautiful property- can’t beat the views. Were upgraded to a larger room which was nice. Definitely need an ATM in the lobby as you have to Uber or taxi to pretty much go anywhere.

Excellent property. Staff outstanding and friendly. Pleasant experience and very quiet. Breakfast excellent and dinner super. Just a great property. The only downside is that you need to take Uber or taxi to old town but never an issue.

View was fabulous. Loved the balcony and all the flowers hanging from balconies. The room was huge and lovely. The concierge was extremely helpful to me when my husband was not able to get to the breakfast. He was wonderful and really went the extra mile for us!

We tend to stay at very modern, non-mexican-traditional styled hotels and resorts. This place, while older, is very very well maintained. And it has a hint of the traditional Mexican style that is quite nice. Staff was Top Notch and we absolutely will go back.

The view from the property is outstanding and the hotel itself is spacious and for most part well appointed. The only draw back of this property is the service. Staff are so focussed on recieving a tip that the interactions we had were very awkward. Often being asked for more tips. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

this property was a 10/10 I recommend if you want privacy but a super great experience it’s like 5-10 minutes from the malecon. Staff is super helpful and attentive and the resort is beautiful. Will recommend to everyone I know and recommend to anyone in the future.

This is a beautiful, well-tended property with breathtaking views. It's as pristine clean and lovely as in the photos. The staff are remarkable in their efficiency and friendliness. Our room was simply gorgeous and equipped with all amenities. The terrace overlooked the ocean - a perfect spot for cocktails while we enjoyed PV's beautiful sunsets. After many years of trying different hotels in PV, we feel the Grand Miramar is our perfect place in the sun.

This is the highest point in the PV area, and the views are outstanding because of that. The suites are large, beds terrific, and the units are self-contained, with kitchenettes, and we stayed in one of the smaller ones. The many pool areas and lounging areas give you many options for relaxing in the sun/shade. The spa is terrific, we had a great experience there. Cheers.

The good - this is a beautiful property The less good - it is not inexpensive which was our choice, but there are extras to be aware of - the additional resort fee, the expectation of tips at every turn, the taxi fees up and down the 'mountain'. When we dined in our food was mostly good but we did have one very poorly managed meal for 4 that was notable enough that we brought to the attention of the management. the ugly - 2 small 250 ml bottles of water included per day. And you're in a remote place remember. We taxi'd up an down the hill (avg $18/day depending on driver) to buy 5Lcontainers of water to drink.

Pros: The property is located in a quiet location with outstanding views. Friendly, helpful staff. Very good changing selections for breakfast. Cons: Not walkable to beach or town as it is steep, long winding, cobblestone road. Very few items provided for kitchen use (no pots etc.). Not as many loungers as shown, so hard to get one. Gin Joint not open, waste of upper outdoor area.

Really excellent stay at Grand Miramar. The view from the balcony is incredible; you can even see the whales in the bay, which seems unreal. The room was super spacious and clean. We had no problems getting Ubers (well priced) to and from the resort, and it’s really walkable to Zona Romántica if you are not in a rush and have energy (about 20ish minutes downhill going to zona romántica, and a bit more strenuous returning uphill). The breakfast was really elaborate and different every day, with plenty of options. The pools were beautiful and clean. All staff were helpful and friendly. You should stay here.
