In the middle of the circumstance we tried to offer you special food and we also spoke with the chef about how her team held all the hygiene procedures. Dear Julia, We really appreciate the time you spent to write this review, however, an important highlight is that the website mention that we are not ocean front and for that reason we have the shuttle service, our beach area it is a concessioned zone so we are not able to have bathrooms, actually, we are doing our best to provide you the greatest comfort.Also, it is important to mention that we are a traditional and classic hotel, I mean, this was a real hacienda and the structure does not allow us to create a elevator.Due to your other comments I definitely say that we are really committed to always fumigate all the resort, we have a special program for this, because we have a certificate that evaluates us to have hygiene requirements.
