Entire room was DIRTY VERY DIRTY , sheets were not changed prior to us arriving . Food is incredibly DISGUSTING cold all the time , portions are kids size no joke . Got the all inclusive and very much regretted it we ended up going out everyday and eating outside the hotel after the 2nd time we tried it Rooms are very outdated with holes in bathroom , Trust me when I tell you it was extremely dirty and very minimal lighting in rooms and baths . half the Staff is rude ! We had no water for an entire day couldn’t shower or use restroom . Drinks are watered down soooo much and the little alcohol they have tasted like rubbing alcohol seriously they were not enjoyable whatsoever . Worst resort I’ve ever been to i can’t say it enough I am so extremely disappointed ruined my entire vacation. Can’t believe I wasted my hard earned money on this circus ! Nothing but regrets.

Got a villa with private pool for 6 of us with all inclusive option. There were blood stains on the wall and pieces of the wall was peeling. Towels had rips in them and they were no longer white, they were gray. Our private pool wasn’t clean at all and all of 4 days we stayed they didn’t come once to treat it. We took out a bed sheet and laid it on the pool to soak up the dirt layer on the water. Went under the maintenance hole to figure out how to turn on the jets of the pool and add more water ourselves, because nobody speaks English. DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE FOOD. I have never had this consistently disgusting food in my life, as if they were trying to serve bad food on purpose. I’d prefer McDonald’s or Costco food over this. DO NOT EAT you will be sick. There was a kitchen so we wanted to hire a chef to come cook for us but there is no pots and pans, dishware or silverware. There was a construction right next door and a dozer would wake us up at 7am (5am our time). They didn’t provide a COVID test, or knew where we could supply ourselves with one. The best thing they ever did was to get us a taxi to leave the place, we had to go 4 hours before our flight to ensure all of the Covid tests were handled which basically turns a whole day into a travel day. Won’t be back, will do my best to let my friends know they won’t fall for this trap. This taught us one thing, don’t look at overall reviews and look at the most recent reviews instead. This place is in ruins post covid.

Could be/should be a 5 star resort, but it’s barely a 3
We arrived and security would not let’s us in the front gate. Really?! The front desk did not have our reservation and ALL the reservation people we at lunch. Really?! The apartment was nice, but the kitchen had no coffee cups and only 1 pot. Really?! I forgot to bring my vacation cooking set. The complex is huge. I asked if there was a map - nope! Really?! Food at the restaurant was a 2.5 out of 5. Try the NY steak and you’ll see what I mean. The coup de gras was when we checked out and they told me (for the first time) that our wrist bands were 900 pesos each if we did not return them (we tossed them in the room). This place is a management and training train wreck. Otherwise it could/should be a 4-5 star resort.

The worst experience ever. We have stayed in many hotels in Mexico and have never encountered such unprofessional service & disgusting accommodations. I read all the negative reviews prior to booking but like always I believed that not everyone’s taste & expectations will be the same. Well I was fooled this time. We thought we were staying in the newer hotel tower as the photos showed those rooms. We were put in the older hotel, rooms 105 & 305. The rooms smelled like sewage, many things didn’t work. The rooms weren’t fully equipped or checked before we arrived things like no dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, a microwave that works, garbage cans, wifi didn’t work, sheets & towels looked dirty & stained, light bulbs burned out, dead batteries in almost all the remotes for tv’s, a/c & ceiling fans, the wood planks were lifting on the patio floor which was a tripping hazard for our grandchildren, and much more. We spent 4 of the 9 days trying to get all these things fixed which was another problem. All the employees didn’t speak or understand English so we had to wait until the front desk supervisor (Lilly) was on shift in order to get things done. The so called room service was a nightmare, again communication problem. The food at the hotel was awful. Fortunately we went to the Mega store & did our own cooking which was challenging because of the lack of supplies in the kitchen. The maid service was inconsistent, some days no clean towels. Don’t recommend this place.
