Road construction and chaos in front of hotel. Main crosswalk is out of service. Nearest crosswalk to beach is 1/4 mile away. You must cross several lanes of traffic without walk signals. Very dangerous. Elevator stopped working requiring elderly mother to walk down stairs and me to carry wheelchair. Staff were not helpful.

We rented an economy room, and yes, it was an economy room. However, the pool courtyard was very nice and clean. outside the front area. There was construction going on but once you were inside it was peaceful and felt safe.

My parents stayed in an apartment nearby and this was very walkable. There is construction outside, but it didn’t bother us at all. Construction means improvements! Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Each room has a pitcher and cups with bottled water in the hallway. Pool is just right!

This quaint hotel is older but clean and full of friendly and helpful staff. Great pool and surrounded by fabulous shops & restaurants. It's between the Malacon and the Marina and just a short taxi drive to the airport. It's now my Go To Place in PV. Thanks y'all for a lovely vacation. See You Next Year! Paddy

The hotel, while a little dated, was very clean with helpful friendly staff. The location of the hotel was convenient for me to take the bus to where I needed to be and also very walkable with a number of restaurants within walking distance. While not fancy, I slept well and for the price I’d stay at Vallartasol again.

Pool area was beautiful. Loved having a fridge and also stove, toaster, and dishes. Our room was on first floor and we had our own little patio near pool. Pool was heated and clean. Area was safe but under construction. Lots of restaurants within 15 minutes walk. Costco 15 minutes walk away. Other grocery store closer. Beach access 5 minutes walk. Great area and close to bus. It is an old property but we came to love it. The good outweighs the bad. Good bed and AC works. Staff fixed leaking pipes under bathroom sink. Old shower but hot with good pressure. Would stay again!

The property is off the main avenue that runs from the airport to the malecón. Traffic noise can be an issue depending where the room is located. The only inconvenience that I experienced was that the room did not have a refrigerator or a safe. The bed frame was made of concrete which made the mattress very firm. It’s an older building, so don’t expect many luxuries.

Location was good, very outdated hotel, but it was very clean, very noisy from outside street and air conditioner was very noisy, the door was hard to closed, but for one night was ok.

The only bad thing was the really inconsistent internet. Do not expect to be able to work remotely. And I wish I had a fridge in my room but I got what I paid for. Also did not like the plastic sheets but I understand why those would be used. Great pool though and a very clean hotel overall. Great location

Very helpful and kind staff, breakfast in the morning is excellent. Centrally-located. Wifi only available in the pool area. Quiet location, lots of road work being done at the moment, so some difficulty in accessing the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Property is ok and staff are nice. My room was very noisy (room 313). Poor insulation between window frame and the hole in the wall, actuality no insulation at all. I went across the street to Office Depot and bought some duct tape to try patch it, but it didn't imrove anything. Wifi stopped working after a few days and wasn't fixed until I left. They put some temporary routers though around the pool and restaurant. They have free coffees and pastries in the mornings (sometimes they run out of coffee and you need to go to oxxo ore other shop if you need coffee at 7 am. Uber to airport was 210 pesos. Beach (Las Glorias) is across the street, buses go up and down the street to take you anywhere.

Overall was a nice stay, staff were great, welcoming and accommodating. Hotel is fairly dated; small issues such as taps leaking, shower not draining properly, fridges are limited to certain rooms and limited ice available to keep things cold. The pool is a nice touch and maintenance kept it exceptionally clean! Authentic Mexican breakfast served for an added charge every morning, which was mediocre. For the price, breakfast should be included and an ice machine would be a nice touch.

Location, walking distance to the playa, surrounded by all the necessary buses, great fresh and very affordable food. Close to convenient stores and groceries. The hotel is much better than the one next door (Hacienda Vallarta, which is to be avoided at all costs), but try not to go on Christmas Eve and day as many local families full in the hotel and both parents don't look after their kids and hotel owners don't make the adults respect the noise curfew rules which are clearly seen to all.

Great stay experience. Great location close to lots of places. Only thing was the beds were not the comfiest/hard and the noise of other people could be heard very loud through the doors. Other than that we were comfortable and it served its purpose for our trip!

Convenient to Versalles dining options, beach, Plaza Caracol. On main bus route. Large rooms. Quiet. Very clean. Breakfast-coffee and a sweet roll. For approximately $3.00 US, you can add a large fruit, yogurt, granola bowl. Nice pool! Stayed for 1 week and would stay again.

Our room was big, it had a small kitchenette in case one wants to cook. The swimming pool was nice, water is heated. The beach is walking distance from the hotel, there is also a pharmacy and grocery store across the street and a few restaurants. The hotel has no parking, there is parking on the street but sometimes is crowded and there are no empty spaces. The hotel is right next to a busy street, if your room in on that side of the building it may be noisy at nights. There is a small restaurant but we did not try it.
