We booked a garden view room, received a room with a view of the parking lot but was told an Oceanview upgrade wouldn't cost very much. I had visited this property several years ago. They had a wonderful swim up bar that no longer exists and they covered over their largest infinity pool. Leaving 3 inferior pools with little to no seating. Overall we were very disappointed.

Did not like my stay at this property. Our room did not have towels. The shower didn’t have warm water and the water wouldn’t drain properly from the shower or the sink.

Don’t bother booking this hotel. The food was awful and the staff was generally unfriendly (the bellmen were the most helpful and kind). The room was in the newer tower but the beds were super uncomfortable and definitely full size beds instead of the queen beds I booked. Half of our party needed Imodium after eating a lunch and dinner there. Thank god we only had to insure one night there.

Las habitaciones del hotel son viejas, los muebles descuidados, los colchones bastante suaves e incómodos y las almohadas horribles, la ropa de cama muy vieja. El aire acondicionado hace muchísimo ruido al igual que el frigobar y no permiten descansar. Pero lo peor es que las paredes son de tabla roca y se escucha TODO lo de los huéspedes del cuarto de junto, hasta los ronquidos, su televisión, cada palabra que decían, etc. El hotel, las personas que dan servicio y las facilidades son lindas pero para nada recomiendo las habitaciones, no me volvería a quedar ahí nuevamente.
