Warning for Foreign Travelers booking Junior Suite

Choose hotel based on photos of the junior suite and outdoor tub (pic 16 on Expedia) When we arrived they put us in a standard room (pic 13 on Expedia). After some work we finally got put into the suite. We were excited about the outdoor tub. Unfortunately no one showed us how to use it, and the drain was broken. We spent 4 hours slowly trying to fill it, finally spoke to management and he informed us the valve which is buried underneath the tub was partially open. We missed enjoying the tub during day, took 6 hours to fill it. Sun was down tub finally filled went into the bathroom to change, but the bathroom had thousands of fly's everywhere! (shown in pics) Turned our porch light off, and went to talk to the night staff, by the time we came back strangely they had all died. The sink, bathtub, floor, drain, toilet, everywhere was covered, I've included some photos as proof. Night manager offered to help ME clean it, not do it by himself, he also said there SHOULD have been netting up. Was about to tough it out and clean the bathroom, went to check the bed after moving some pillows we discovered the bed was covered in ants (included photo). Decided to switch rooms back to original standard room. Spoke to manager in the morning, and she tried comparing our bug experience to a rainy day implying it was out of the hotel's control, CRAZY!! She told us both rooms were suites though listings indicate they are not. She offered no discount, showed no sympathy, or even apologized.

We are really sorry for what happened, but believe me that this is not lack of cleaning. Is part of the season and unfortunately happens every year during few days, this is a kind of bugs that feel attracted for the lights, stay for few minutes and they die.
The staff was attentive to your complain and offered you to change rooms and work really hard to make guests happy and have all areas very clean. People are always willing to help, speak your language to make you have a nice experience in our country.
