This place was just adorable! Our room faced out towards the ocean/church and had a little balcony that was so charming. The staff was so friendly and they made the nicest breakfast in the common area each morning! Bring good walking shoes as it’s up a hill but we loved the morning walk to and from. This was our 3rd time staying in the romantic zone and would highly recommend La Luna Liquida!

Was very cute, authentic. Mercedes was friendly and provided great service. Took care of us like family. Served us fresh coffee, fruit and toast every morning. And she made fresh omelettes on request. The only downside was the hotel is on a very steep hill so was not easily walkable, especially going up. Great boutique hotel though if you’re willing to negotiate the walk/stairs or spend money on taxis.

I definitely recommend this boutique hotel. Everyone is attentive. Mercedes is an excellent hostess and cook. Was very accommodating to my needs. Sonia is also very nice and polite. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Loved the area of the hotel..right above the cathedral with the bell ringers! However our room was very small..no window..the same evening we arrived the doors to some of the other rooms were open and they were magnificent..views of the ocean and lots of windows. Wish we had even offered one of these rooms.

It was great. Quiet small hotel that feels like your own home. Breakfast area with comfy couches. Rooftop pool with amazing views. Carlos, Sonia and Mercedes were so kind and helpful. Seriously felt like family.

Love the hotel, amazing staff, pool is out of this world for the views especially at sunset. The shower was beautiful and it feels like an authentic Mexican stay, we felt like locals. Only downside is that it’s located up a steep hill so getting back to the hotel was rough.

Incredible views. The room and common areas were very clean. Only criticisms are (1) the pool water was murky and had lots of bugs. We asked the manager about it, who said someone had cleaned it that morning but it was not very appealing to get in. (2) Three out of four of the lounge chairs at the pool were broken so you could only lay flat. Other than that, it had the most amazing view, very charming decor, friendly staff and great location.

Staff was super friendly the hotel was very. Lean and well kept. Only downfall is when it rains it’s very slippery and I fail twice so be careful!

Our stay at Luna Liquida was simply outstanding! We loved our room and the view from our balcony, and the pool was really relaxing and convenient! The breakfast was delicious, with freshly brewed coffee, assorted fruits and toast. The hotel host Araceli and the rest of the staff were friendly, warm, and helpful. We hope to come back very soon!

Lovely hotel, staff, and fantastic views. Steep walk up to the hotel so challenging for people with mobility issues but the walk is beautiful and the location is great for great restaurants and galleries nearby.

Property and staff were great. View of the ocean from our room was mostly blocked by other buildings. Wasn’t warned of the 217 stairs straight downto get to the malecón or worse to get back to the hotel.

A gem
An amazing boutique hotel full of magical artwork. The staff are so lovely. The only drawback is that this would not be a place for people with mobility issues. It’s on a high hill with lots of stairs. Otherwise I can rate this experience high enough
