Grounds, pool and lobby are very nice. There is no food and bar options. Just one of each. Scanning of luggage upon arrival is aggravating and insulting to the international traveler. And placing a zig zag exit is just annoying. Please create a welcome entrance and exit. Ridiculous set up.

It’s enough you get to know the staff. And they remember you as well. After the mixup with Expedia the front desk was very helpful big hassle with Expedia was the only issue.

The only thing I didn't like is that it didn't have public parking, I had to leave the car and wait 30 minutes to pick it up, that's the only thing I didn't like about that hotel

There are staff that need work on their customer service to be specific the receptionist. I was attended by a man name Oscar and didn't feel welcome what so ever. The other staff were lovely.

The customer service was great. We liked the place. The rooms could use some upgrade. Our sliding door didn’t close all the way and underneath the sink was dirty. It didn’t affect our stay but might consider staying here again because of the rooms

I enjoyed the stay because it was quiet and safe. The staff was super nice and helpful. They have games and events at the pool area. The hotel is highly clean. The only thing that bothered me was the room conditions. A bit old school. The bathtub was already cracked and had some weird stains. The toilet kept running. Unusual for such new area. Nevertheless, I was happy. My daughter and I had a great time. Cute restaurants around the area.

Bell Boys were great, especially Jorge. Joy squad were very entertaining. Manny, Funny, Josie, Luis , Brittney. Older building with lots of charm. Front desk did wonderfully. Just remember your in there country, relax and enjoy a Mexican minute.
