Guest Access Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules: \- An open rooftop from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. \- A gym open from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, only 2 people at a time can use it and a reservation in advance is required. \- The pool is closed on Wednesdays until 1:00 p.m. for maintenance reasons. \- Only two guests' visitors per unit are allowed in the condo and the common areas from 9 AM to 11 PM. They will need to register upon arrival on a binnacle and show a piece of ID. \- Guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas during their stay, which will be provided at check-in. Other Things to Note \*\*\* Please note that this property is for sale and, occassionally we might request a showing of the property to potential buyers for 10-15 min. There are plants on the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits us every Wednesday for about 20 minutes to take care of them.
