Hotel con lindas instalaciones

Fuimos a celebrar nuestro aniversario de bodas y el cumpleaños de nuestro hijo, al llegar tuvimos atenciones muy lindas (la habitación decorada, chocolates). El personal, muy sevicial. La habitación de buen tamaño con una vista al mar increíble, la cama y las almohadas podrían mejorarlas. Los desayunos, muy ricos y surtidos. Las albercas deliciosas. Podrían mejorar y colocar mejores camastros en la playa, aunque dentro del hotel a un paso del mar, tienen unas camas padrisimas. La ubicación del hotel, está en la marina, un poco retirado de todo para salir a caminar, pero en taxi, es accesible todo.

Another terrific stay!

Pros: Location, facilities and staff and decor is lovely too.
Cons: Poolside food. Oh and my husband thinks they should have high-def TVs and a few more English channels too.
Location: We love to try the different restaurants in the marina. New is Tintoque at the marina entrance and it is a must!! Fantastic restaurant!
We have been to this hotel several times and always enjoy ourselves. The rooms are lovely, the staff is warm, welcoming and professional. We really liked the addition of the Mini-Latte coffee shop serving Starbucks (used a lot) and on-site medical office (not used at all thankfully). Pool was fabulous - everything is well kept. It seemed like there was new equipment in the gym too! I had a massage and that was fab also. We do not go all-inclusive at this resort as we like the opportunity to go into the marina area and into the city to try out restaurants. Our only meals at the Westin were pool-side. Unfortunately they left a lot to be desired this time: to start, undercooked french fries were the norm. We had the fish & chips one day and the fish was slightly undercooked also (to be fair we didn't send it back it wasn't that bad but def undercooked). I had the Westin angus burger one day and it was the saddest looking thing....my husband had beef tacos that day and it was such a tiny serving of beef that I had to share my wilted burger and anemic fries with him. We started leaving the pool and eating lunch across the road at the little restaurant there. It was too bad as the staff at the pool are fabulous and we would have preferred to eat lunch pool-side, but they lost our business due to the food. Hope the Westin can sort that out! Otherwise a gorgeous stay and we enjoyed it immensely!

Beach club rooms over priced

I was short one day, so I was charged a beach club room b/c it was supposedly the only thing available. It was not worth it and there were other rooms available

Excellent Resort with beautiful Spacipus washrooms

This is by far the best Hitel I've stayed at and would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like a top notch place. However it's too bad it is not an all inclusive cause it would make me consider frequenting this hotel every time I came to Puerta Vallarta

pésimo servicio al cliente y limpieza

Pros: la alberca
Cons: cambiar a todo su personal o al encargado de personal, los únicos amables son los meseros y porque sino, no les dan propina, de ahí en fuera tienen la
desde la llegada nos recibieron a las 10 pm ya casados y la señorita una persona muy sangrona, prepotente, no encontraba nuestra reservación y decía, se equivocaron de hotel...en lugar buscar con otro apellido, tenia en su mano la IFE de mi esposo y no buscaba que habían puesto la reservación bajo su segundo nombre y no primero, lo cual nunca nos había pasado, la señorita con la peor actitud. Otra vez al siguiente día en front des les comente que el jardinero hacia mucho ruido con la maquina y nos despertó a mi esposo y a mi a las 7am y se rio sarcásticamente y no dijo una sola palabra, nada, solo sonrío atentando la cabeza en forma burlona, tienen la peor actitud que he visto en un hotel. me acosté en un camastro y me dijeron que ese camastro costaba 30 dólares que me quitara si no los pagaba, no había nadie ahí y ni siquiera un letrero que dijera que costaba, muy muy mal. La limpeza ni se diga... nunca barrieron el cuarto ni limpiaron los baños, jamas volvería a ese hotel.

Wonderful Hotel

Great Location just minutes from the airport and downtown. We had a 7th floor room which had an amazing view of the water, mountains and downtown. The hotel has great pools with a swim up bar and even beds to relax in the pool. Our only complaint was the front desk staff did not add in our spg # during our stay so now I have to take time to do it after the fact.

Buen hotel pero precios fuera del mercado.

Pros: Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, aunque no pasarás demasiado tiempo ahí. En caso de familias me parece adecuado. Tiene gimnasio.
Cons: La playa me decepcionó bastante, lo cierto es que la marina no es la mejor zona para quedarse si lo que le interesa es una playa bonita. El spa demasiado caro, está pensado más bien para extranjeros. Lo mismo pasa con los restaurantes, están bien pero son caros. La relación calidad precio del hotel no es muy buena, sí es un hotel lujoso y bonito pero no vale los precios que tienen.
Location: La marina me parece una zona que vale la pena si tiene que un barco o va a jugar golf, pero si no es así hay otros lugares más atractivos en Vallarta.
