TV did not work, took a long time for hot water, not as nice as pictures depicted. Staff was friendly. Several little fix it items needed to be attended to. Leaky kitchen sink. Loose BR door handle.

This property was not at all what we thought it was going to be upon check in. It was very dated and dusty inside the 3 suites i walked into. Looked at a more updated sute to potentially move into, but it was still not at all what we thought it would be. Very sad because it looks ok online. Left the property for a more clean and updated resort.

They were upgrading parts of it, but still much more of it to go. Don't know what the upgraded ones are like, but the ones that are not upgraded weren't great. Leaky kitchen sink, had to get them to relight the pilot on the hot water tank 4 times while we were there.

The pool and beach access were nice but the images did not match online. Pool loungers had dirty cloth covers and flimsy plastic. The rooms were not clean, dated, cushion covers not zipped closed, chipped off dirty walls, water never got warm for shower.

Friendly staff. Nice pools, restaurant, beach umbrella area, unit, balcony. Uniquely we were in the 'bat cave' suite where a few hundred bats flowed like a waterfall out of the roof tiles above our unit at precisely 6:55 pm each evening. We enjoyed the show, with a glass of chilled wine, but some people might be freaked out. A bit far of a walk, for some, to central beach restaurants and amenities, but we like beach walking and so we got our daily step count and appetites up along the way. Quite a bit of development construction going on near us, so pretty noisy at times.
