Staff helped me to solved my problem quickly

Pros: Friendly Staff, room comfort and clearness
Cons: WIFI in the rooms should be free
The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable. Close to the main square. During my first night stay, I was assigned to room 201, which faced the street. Across the street, there is a DICSO party place which is very noisy. We thought it is only one night issue. The next day, we came back from our trip, the party started again. We told hotel staff, they helped us to move to the first floor in 10 mins. The issue was resolved very quickly. Thank you.

Staff efficient and attentive

Good for a base camp to visit Lake Titicaca etc.

Good location near to centre of town and Plaza de Armas. A bit noisy a night though as the locals seem to emerge in the evening to socialize. The bed was rather short for anyone 6' plus. Heater in room was welcome as nights are cold. Oxygen available in the lobby. Front desk staff very helpful Ned spoke English. Don't opt for the 'buffet supper' as it is just soup! They did have the option to take a free taxi to the Casa Andina Private Collection (sister hotel) on Lake Titicaca, which had an excellent resturant and superior facilities.

Great central safe location

Location: Great for exploring downtown Puno. Easy safe walk to what's worth seeing in Puno. Close to restaurant, plazas and markets
Perfect for pre and post lake titikaka! Hot showers, great breakfast selection and very helpful & friendly staff

Good Accommodation

This was a good hotel for our last two nights in Peru. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast buffet was good. The location was okay, but a little far from Plaza de Armas.

Is what you pay for, great price,

Great small hotel, in Puno, Puno is very scary town but after you get there every one is nice and educated is the way they loving there, hotel is close to square, restaurant and Shopping is great price, very clean is what you pay
