We were treated like second class citizens because we booked through Expedia, They didn't even have a room for us when we arrived . It was supposed to be all inclusive and we were told we had to purchase lunch and dinner because we didn't book direct. The manager , who arranges all of the fly fishing excursions told us we weren't his clients and sent us into to the vey small rural town of Punta Allen to find out own guide. Terrible experience

GREAT!!!!
We loved our stay and Grand Slam! There are 12 rooms, two per building, each has its own floor, allowing for plenty of privacy. The rooms are huge with a jacuzzi bath. . The location is magnificent. You must drive through the Sian Biosphere which takes alittle more than an hour, but there are plenty of scenic stops along the way. The staff wonderful and accommodating. It is with great ease we were able to schedule boat trips for snorkeling, sightseeing, and fishing. These trips include a packed lunch. The food is delicious. The menu is decided upon by the chef each day. Our stay was fabulous! We would definitely stay here again

Muy buena atención de la gente que trabaja pero les falta dirección del gerente que casi no está nunca en el hotel. La playa llena de sargazo ( natural) pero también de basura que traen las corrientes y no se hace nada en el hotel por recoger un poco todos los días .

Excelente,para perderse y olvidarse de todo,el lugar es hermoso solo que la carretera pa llegar esta muy mal, si no tienes jeep mejor no vayas, pero si vas a pasar una gran aventura que importa ve de todas formas!
