This was the best trip from the moment we got off the plane. Straight to VIP area- cold beer and water etc. Bags are found and you are walked thru Security to a van to take you 15 minutes to hotel. Great service from all Embajadores team at Tortuga Bay, booked your spa your golf your dinners private yoga drivers to dinner. Carlos Antonio and Felix and Juan Julio, Antonio and his smile. Joseph was a great host too.

Everything about Tortuga is world class from the VIP service through customs, to the facilities, to the amazing service. Our ambassador Ciara was the best! She made sure every ask we had was taken care of quickly and to perfection. We will definitely revisit Tortuga again soon!

This amazing hotel located in the east coast of the Dominican Republic is the perfect definition of paradise. Tortuga bay Punta Cana earns my 5 starts based on; Quality, Customer Connection and Going the extra mile. With paradisiac beaches, excellent dining experience, a Staff with the professionality, discretion and opportune interaction Tortuga bay goes to the TOP of my list of places to go to RELAX. It was a unique experience. The Beach front provide view for amazing sunrise and sunset. The service was excellent, our Villa Manager (Luis) was very creative and prepared few surprises for me and my wife for our wedding anniversary. I would like to special thanks to Melissa Espinal (Reservations) for the service provided and we received everything we asked and more. The welcome process was very nice and warm, thanks Luis (Reception). The dinner was at Bamboo restaurant the food was amazing and the service the best. Thanks Carlos (waitress) The beach was Ok because the seagrass at the beach in front of the villages but you can find a better spot 100 meters to your left. We also visited la Reserva Ojos Indígenas which is an amazing natural park with beautiful lagoons and it was free because we were staying at Tortuga Bay. This is a must in Punta Cana. We spend only 1 night but it was amazing. Note: we traveled with a baby and the hotel.l provided a baby crib.

I loved everything about Tortuga Bay Resort. It’s gorgeous, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Their motive was: We work you are on vacation! Very helpful when you’re on vacation with the children. They gave us a beautiful crib for our baby boy, and made him a birthday cake! We will be back for sure. We appreciate every minute we have spent it over there. Must see this place, highly recommended!!!

Is a perfect place to rest and relax. Everything is thinking to give you comfort and peaceful. The staff is friendly and you have your personal assistant all the time at a Movil. RESTFUL VACATION
WE JUST GOT BACK LAST NIGHT, AND I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK. EVERYTHYING FROM THE AIRPORT PICKUP TO THE RETURN TO AIRPORT WAS FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY. THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS SO HELFUL. OUR VILLA WAS EVEN MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN THE PICTURES ON LINE. THE VIEW FROM OUR BALCONY WAS JUST GORGEOUS! THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THE SEAWEED, BUT EVEN THAT DID NOT AFFECT OUR ENJOYMENT OF THE BEACH. THE STAFF WAS CONSTANTLEY RAKING AND CLEARING, BRINGING US WATER AND TOWELS. SPA WAS GREAT, WE HAD A FEW TREATMENTS AND FOUND THEM TO BE VERY GOOD. THE POOL AND BEACH AREA WERE RIGHT OUTSIDE THE SPA, WERE VERY NICE. OVERALL IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A RESTFUL VACATION THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU

What a wonderful experience. This hotel is composed of villas with the appointments and decor designed by Oscar De La Renta. The staff is amazing, attentive and provided five star service from the VIP treatment at the airport to the service at the restaurants to the turn down service at night. The resort is serene, peaceful and beautiful. A golf is provided with the villa and one has access to the entire 15000 acre resort and wildlife park. The property is immaculately maintained, clean, neat and groomed including the private beach. I cannot wait to go back.

One of the most perfect experiences we have ever had in the Caribbean. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. They literally think of everything. The vacation and the VIP service literally begins the moment you step out of the airplane and on land. As you exit the plane, there is a rep from the hotel waiting for you and your party with a sign that has your name. She escorts you through customs, immigration, baggage and puts you into a luxury SUV. The driver offers you a cool mint scented towel and a beer on the way to the hotel (these are small touches, but they stay with you). Once you arrive, you are introduced to your Villa Manager and your golf cart. Your own personal golf cart. The manager gives you a tour of your villa and a local cell phone to contact her with any request. We stayed in the villa closest to the beach. The villa had a balcony with beautiful beach views and all the comforts of home. The hotel is a small part of the property. We used the golf cart to go all around the property and loved it. They also have a small ecological reserve on site too which is nice and makes for a cute morning outing. It is not all inclusive and prices are equivalent to a nice hotel in the states (large city). For some reason, any drink with champagne was $30 per glass which we found odd, but all the other cocktails, etc were $10-14. Food was wonderful and we truly appreciated the included breakfast (continental) buffet. Thank you to Malvis, Alcedo, and the rest of team!

From touchdown to takeoff 5 star everything The airport experience felt like something out of a movie everyone was in Disney like lines except us we moved to the front of all the custom lines and were in our rooms within 30 min of touchdown - Staff, service, customer care was off the charts - looking for a place to reconnect with the 1 you love this is it-could go on and on - WE LOVED THIS PLACE AND WILL BE BACK

The Best of Punta Cana
It's hard to describe one my best experiences of traveling to Punta Cana. The VIP service is one not to miss if you travel to Tortuga Bay. From the moment you step off the plane until you reach your room, first class all the way . Checking out is the same best process I have ever seen. The facilities are great, rooms nice and clean , golf and beaches at its best . Forget Pebble Beach, this place had it beat.

Nice experience.
Very nice hotel. Very exclusive and peaceful. Rooms are a delight. Service is wonderful and the beach is ok. In the afternoon i recommend the bike rides within the premises. Really great. The downfall are that there are no activities (paddle, skiing, scuba, diving) on the beach or walking distance. Food is really expensive and not necesarily worth it (eg. 200$ for three people one adult two children) but there are alternatives you can go within the premises.
