Great improvement since last time

Cons: Keep doing it better
Location: Cap Cana is a great destination. Go to the best beach in DR, Juanillo. Great restaurants and bars right there
Food has improved superbly. Great stay. Hotel in immaculate condition. Fantastic rooms. Will be back without hesitation

Close to airport

Ate one meal there was absolutely terrible. Rented for 3 adults and got into room and only had one bed.

Expedia : didn't follow thru with promiss

No one picked us up or drop off at airport / all inclusive / that was NOT good / Paid 60 us dollars for a cab 10 mins when Expedia d Said airtransat would ! One say the other did and I paid and was NOT satisfied with arrangement from airport and was REAlY MAD !

Wedding stay

We had about 40-50 people from our wedding stay here. Beautiful property with spacious rooms and excellent staff. Missing a lot of fine details that people come to expect from a resort rated over 4/5. My guests had difficulty obtaining simple things such as tissue paper and over 90 minute wait for room service. Wifi is only free in a tiny lobby area and the paid wifi that is available has a very weak signal. Also, several members from our party did get food poisoning. Overall making this a 3/5 for me. They can easily make this a 4/5 or 5/5 experience my just making minor tweaks.

Great place to stay

Great hotel for people who just want to relax. Not as crowded and loud as other all inclusives. The staff is great as well. They are helpful and very welcoming. Look for my guy Pablo if you ever visit!!!

Advertised as having a beach but its not on resort

Hotel staff had some deal with taxi companies and they were charging 80 US dollars for a 20 ride obviously staff getting a kick back it was quite disgusting

O ALL INCLUSIVE, NÃO ERA ALL INCLUSIVE...

Pros: O Hotel é lindo e tem uma vista maravilhosa.
Cons: Organização.
Location: Cap Cana é um local para descansar. Não há nada de agitação por lá. Mas o hotel é dentro da Marina de Cap Cana. E por isso varios passeio saem de lá.
Chegando em um Resort ALL INCLUSIVE me deparei com a surpresa; minha reserva não era All Inclusive! Pegamos mais $100,00 (dolares) por dia e por pessoa para o serviço. prejuizo de $600,00 dolares em 3 dias. R$2.700,00 reais... o que dobrou o valor das reservas.. Agora, como uma resort que leva All Inclusive no nome, não tem a tarifa do all iclusive incluido no valor eu não sei.. O hotel também é muito novo, 5 meses agora em janeiro, e por isso o serviço ainda não está 100%

Little piece of Paradice !

This place was extraordinary !! I have been to several resorts in the area & "Alsol" hit all the high marks ! The staff is friendly, the environment in serene & the decor is clean and modern! The also have the "Alsol Tiara Collection" which is where we actually stayed !
