Great experience.

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Bathrooms in the rooms; We where in section adults.
Location: Great location, clean beach, perfect sand.
Very satisfy, clean, food very good, many choices. Would not recommend to choose those restaurant which we had to pay for. Staff gave us very services, quick to respond. Only comment would be that the bathrooms would need to be remodel and a bathtub is not necessary, open shower would be more like it.

Great vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a blast doing aerobics on the beach, bowled at the Palace complex, tried a couple of the restaurants, but preferred the buffet! We took 2 Expedia excursions, the dolphin swim and Eco Tour of the countryside. We were treated really well by everyone. The premium level room and lounge in the facility were worth it! Mucho gracias!!

The staff doesn't speak English well enough.

In the room there were only two shower towels. Although, in my experience, in other hotels in Punta Cana, where I was, the staff gave at least 4 towels.Next, we wanted to go to a few restaurants, but the staff said that we can take only one restaurant for the evening. I believe that this is not entirely correct, since I stayed for three nights and I will not have time to visit all the restaurants, I will not be able to form a full picture of this resort. And, some restaurants are completely paid, that is, you have to pay $ 15 per entrance per person. When ordering a package on the site, I did not see any information about it. I believe that if there are restaurants for a fee, then this needs to be indicated too.

In relation to the incidents regarding the towels of your room, we would like to offer our sincere apologies, please let me inform you that because of the hotel policies the towels are placed taking into account how many people are in the room, for future occasions we strongly recommend that you contact our reception If you need extra towels, this will give us the opportunity to take your requests to the person in charge. We understand, by reading your opinion, that apparently you were not informed adequately about the All-Inclusive meal plan when you made the reservation and we would like to take the opportunity to point out that information about the extra cost of some restaurants is in writing on our website and it was sent to all the agencies that book in our hotel. We would also like to explain to you that by hotel policy each client can reserve a maximum of one restaurant for dinner per night as this gives all clients the opportunity to enjoy the same number of restaurants. 10 year wedding anniversary trip

We had the most amazing vacation! Punta Cana is gorgeous and the resort was heavenly- we will be back to stay here again!!

The Adult Only side was nice the room not as updated as the Palace which means no walk in shower. But the room still very nice and comfortable. House keeping very good. frig was stocked daily. The food at buffets was very good and nice variety because of the different nationalities that are there French. Russia, Italian, German and American. cons were you could not get reservations to get into the speciality resturants. so after 5th day you are tired of buffets. we paid for premium level and still could not get reservations or spa appointments. so the extra money only got us free wifi. Not worth the extra money. Still a very nice beach and resort.

Beautiful beaches, amazing staff, great food choices and quality, clean hotel and we felt very safe on the grounds. Overrall a wonderful trip with amazing weather, was -24 when we left on our trip to 83 in Punta Cana!

Overall good experience bathrooms need remodeling badly being in a tropical place almost not tropical fruits at all at the buffet no beach service at all foreign a half star hotel without a Wi-Fi very disappointed
