Nice hotel

Very helpful, friendly staff. Very nice vacation. Rained the entire time but still enjoyable. Will plan to return soon. Tour to Santo Domingo took longer than expected. 4 house bus ride each way.

Hotel para descansar y disfrutar

Pros: Me gustó mucho la tranquilidad, lo acogedor del lugar y los ambientes en general, el servicio muy bueno.
Cons: Considero que puede mejorar el nivel de comidas que ofrecen en el buffet de almuerzos.
Location: La zona de Bávaro es muy linda, hay miles de actividades, nado con delfines, snorkel en arrecifes, buceo, discotecas, aventuras.
El hotel en general me pareció muy bueno, la atención del personal A1, la zona donde está ubicado el hotel es muy privilegiada, es una vista muy muy bonita, el lugar muy tranquilo, para relajarse a más no poder y desconectarse de la vida en ciudad. Los servicios que ofrecen y la asesoría que brindan te hacen sentir como en casa. Definitivamente volvería a ir, me llevé una grata experiencia.

Just short of excellent

Pros: Plenty of hard working staff Multiple sizes of pillows so you could pick the ones you liked
Cons: Colder refrigerator Better internet
Location: Went to Monkeyland - loved it
Everything was very nice, just short of excellent. Staff tried very hard to please. Most spoke at least some English. Beds were very comfortable, liked all the pillows. Some issues with internet, but I think that's a regional thing, rather than just the hotel.

Beautiful resort ...beautiful beach

Pros: I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the very friendly and accommodating staff.
Location: Location was on one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen!
The resort was great especially because it didn't have many stairs which was wonderful for my husband who has trouble walking since his stroke over 4 years ago. The grounds were super clean, the staff were extremely friendly and the whole atmosphere was pleasant. Lots of chairs available poolside and beach side so no need to save a chair early in the morning. Food was delicious, drinks were yummy......overall a lovely place to take a vacation! Perfect adults only resort. Not too quiet, but not too rowdy either.....just lots of fun!

Premium not worth the price!

Went for a second honeymoon so paid for premium club. No beach bar service! Slow table service at buffet. No nightly turn down! Had to call for towels almost daily! Roof off our deck leaked into tub! Food was ok not great. Moldy shower! Not worth the money!!!!
