This is a beautiful property and truly all inclusive with all the amenities you could want or need on vacation! Staff are attentive, courteous and helpful. My only disappointment was that it was difficult to get reservations in any of the restaurants, thus we ended up eating in the buffet restaurants are entire stay.

The food options, drink options, pool and beach facilities were outstanding! Had troubles communicating with staff as most don’t speak or understand english. The overall condition of the property was great except for the room. The rooms require improvement and maintenance.

The restaurant reservation system is not the best. If you do not reserve you cannot use the restaurants. The staff is not very friendly and has nothing to do with the language barrier

We enjoyed our stay, it was a comfortable place to be. Great beach front. The bathrooms on the resort could have been kept up a little better. We had pretty good service from the staff but they weren’t always the friendliest. Great spa. Our premium service wasn’t very accommodating when we discovered flying bugs in our room the last night though. They did move us to a new room but with less beds and way across the resort to the “only”room available. No compensation. I would recommend this resort, there is lots to do. The pool entertainment staff is excellent!

Went with a group of 12. The resort is fantastic, food was pretty good all around. We had an amazing time on and off the resort. Only negatives I can think of were that our building was far from everything so we had to do plenty of walking - not a big deal to us but could be a negative for others. Also, the majority of staff do not speak a word of English which brought up its own challenges along the way. But otherwise the place is great.

Very nice family duplex room! Very well groomed and clean facilities!! Food is plenty. Spa was awesome! We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was checking… it was forever, long lines even though it was low season.

The buffet was only open limited hrs. No food available between breakfast and lunch hrs and between lunch and dinner hours. The food was just average. You’re not allowed to take food away from the buffet area, so there is no food at pools or beach. Most of the staff was only as friendly as absolutely required to be. However train driver was great and friendly as were the bell hops. The spa was beautiful and massage was great. Communication was difficult at times if you don’t speak spanish. Nice beach, pretty property, great lounge chairs. Lots of party boats in the water playing loud music. Nice adult pool. Saying all of this just to give you information, but we still enjoyed our stay.

We were very happy with this resort. There was a little bit of a language barrier, due to us not knowing Spanish, but they did their best to communicate or find someone who could. Some of the things I think they could improve on is internet service, signal dropped ALOT, but it was free. Also, the times they have for lunch and dinner for the buffet is a little inconvenient. Buffet lunch starts at 12:30 pm and Buffet dinner not until 6:30pm. It would have been nice to have it start more like 11:30 am and 5:00 pm. Also, people who reserved chairs around the pool, but weren't even at the pool was a little annoying. As there isn't enough chairs around the pool. Should be a way of monitoring that. Have the chairs available for people at the pool at the time. I would definitely go back to this resort.

The hotel, view and beach are beautiful. The food and the people who work for the hotel are totally unfriendly with the costumers. They just do NOT CARE about you. The Food is Terrible. Is impressive about the Servers DONT CARE about anything. Never go back to this hotel in Punta Cana.

The Palace was modern, exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The beach is huge- never an issue getting a beach chair. The a la carte dining was excellent. We did the VIP upgrade and also got to use the facilities of the Beach property next door- highly recommend doing that. We loved La Brisa for a lunch spot right on the beach! Also, we enjoyed coffee in the VIP lounge each morning. The spa is stunning and included daily with the VIP package. Check in and out was seamless. I highly recommend this hotel for couples, families or group travel (They have a fun casino and disco!).

La propiedad impecable, lo que no me gusto es el trato del personal, se observa muy descriminatorio para mi punto de vista, por otro lado el primer dia de hospedado goteaba el techo de mi cuarto, nunca me atedieron por telefono tuve que ir personalmente, dos dias despues luego de estar en el casino me fui a descansar con mi esposa y no pude ingresar, tuve que caminar hasta recepcion para indicar lo sucedido, me llevaron a mi cuarto y cambiaron de pila al seguro de la puerta, y en los restaurantes los mozos no te quieren atender y lo hacen a lo apurado y con mal trato

Property was amazing. Food was ok just like any other all inclusive resort. Drinks were good. Beach was beautiful. Rooms were clean. Only complaint is they will not let Ubers on to the property, only Taxis.

The room was clean and comfortable, the grounds are well maintained, the pools are awesome. The restaurants were good - I'm not a fan of buffet style eating but the food was tasty. I would definitely recommend this property for its beauty, cleanliness, great staff

The food is horrible I don’t care what anyone says, I went to every restaurant, and the o my good one is the steakhouse. Everything is very over priced at the stores, nothing is included in the all inclusive like they said, just food and drinks, no water parks or anything. The excursions like the dolphin tour is completely over priced in my opinion, 160.00 us $ a person, then charge you 130$ for pictures and do t let you take your own.. also it’s a full day of them wasting time and only gave the group 45 mins with the dolphins. So they wasted 4:30 hrs of our time. Probably can say more but yea.

We loved the beach and the property itself which was well kept there was a lot of amenities and other things to enjoy but the room was dirty... definitely needed a deep cleaning along with mold treatment in the corner of the walk in shower.The kitty pools were great but the floor walking of the pool was definitely slippery and you needed to watch ur kids constantly especially the younger ones. Overall we would return except we would check the room before agreeing to stay in it.

The property is fabulous. Everything looks and feels new. The problem is as you walk around the property there is a stench kind of like sewer waste that even gave off in the room toilet. The food is terrible.

Room wasn’t ready at time of check in- stood at the check in desk for an hour waiting. Once we got to the room, it smelled terribly, the safe didn’t work, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. These problems were repaired, but we had to wait. My daughter’s wallet was stolen from the locked room, and was later “found”, but missing $50. We stayed at the Barcelo in Mexico, and it was fantastic…so we thought we’d try the same resort in Punta Cana. I won’t be back. Staff were generally rude, food was marginal at best. Look elsewhere.
