The internet connection is terrible. It is impossible to stay in touch. Staff seemed clueless. Great property with untrained team. Food is really bad

We have read with concerned your comments because contrary to what we wish, we could not meet your expectations and provide you a memorable stay.
Please, accept our sincere apologies for the situations that affected you while vacationing with us. We are disappointed to hear your perception in regard our team this certainly does not reflect the overall service that we are recognized for, as well we lament that our gastronomy did not exceed your expectations at all, we are rather surprised because carefully selected products compose our gastronomical supply, taking into consideration the diversity of clients who visit our hotel. We sorry this was not your perception.
Allow me to inform you we make menu changes throughout the year and their comments would be passed to our Executive chef to improve on any shortcomings.
We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back when returning to the Dominican Republic and demonstrate you our commitment to excellent service.
