Nice hotel with no Gold member perks

This is a nice place. The golf course is the main attraction if you golf. Our major issue was we did not get an upgrade even though Expedia shows his hotel as gold memeber+++. When we asked the manager at the check in desk he quickly walked away and the lady gave us a sheet paper saying that we are a gold memeber from Expedia so please do not hesitate to ask for any. All in all its a good place. The +++ is a joke and Expedia really should not show this hotel as one. Most of the staff do not speak good English which is typical in the DR. But overall the beach is really nice and the food is decent to good. We would go back

Beautiful but bad food and drinks :(

I have never been to an all-inclusive hotel before and this place makes me not want to go back. Don't get me wrong there A TON of amazing times had here.... The beach is beautiful and the resort is immaculate. But I killed 2 giant roaches in my room.... No Bueno. And the food was just bad. So if you don't care really about food and cheap drinks.... Then this is the place for you! Lol

Fomos em Setembro e ficamos 7 dias. O Resort era exatamente o que esperava. Grande, bonito, beira da praia, com tudo que precisávamos. A comida e a bebida é como qualquer all inclusive. Não é maravilhoso mas dá pra comer muito bem. Os restaurantes temáticos são perfeitos. A Suíte júnior com ofuro é grande e confortável. Adoramos.

Very nice and close to the beach

I have traveled to alot of places and this time this vacation has been a wonderful and fun vacation ever!! Im looking forward to coming back in 2017.

Pros: Cleaning and very comfortable and the beach is the best.
Cons: Night time it is boring
Location: I don t leave the hotel complex. Many attraction
They put us into the old hotel previously called Beach , We have been traveling to the same place for the past 17 years the experience was not pleasant upon arrival we had to be accommodated into another room the following day. Missed the whole first day into this process. The Hotel needs more attractions especially at night time it is somewhat boring. The food this year was not so great overall it's a 4 class hotel but lacking enternianitment

O Baceló Palece Deluxe oferece não só acomodação confortável e limpa como uma estrutura de restaurantes com diversas e excelente qualidade de serviço e atendimento, além de pubs e cafés para curtir os intervalos entre as refeições. Oferece também shows diários de boa qualidade, como uma opção a boate ou ao cassino.

The resort itself was nice. However, overall the staff was not very friendly. When we entered our room, there was a towel and water on the floor by the shower, along with a feminine hygiene wrapper on the bathroom counter. It was great to have access to many restaurants and buffets, but the food was very mediocre. The only food I enjoyed was the ribeye at the steak restaurant buffet because it was grilled right in front of me.
