I would never stay here or come back terrible

Wasn't a good stay at this hotel , too many bugs in the room , water leaking , food was nasty and staff didn't know what restaurants where open , not the place to stay

It was nice staying in the hotel but two bad things happens change the US dollar they ripped you off and people force you to buy soverners from them push you too much if you refused they call you Nesms an Thor thing bath Rooms in the loopy need more cleaning it was bad

Best resort ever

The best resort ever , the staff very friendly. The food was very good. The room very beutiful and clean.this hotel have a lot animal to see.I love this resort.

Very nice and on the beach / all staff work hard

Very nice hotel and service is very good even we have to stay extra because of hurricane Imar love this place and enjoy to stay here

Amazing Honeymoon

Pros: The room is gorgeous, very romantic setting, room maintenance is perfect! Customer service is great. Franklin was the best, he really took care of us!
Cons: Licey restaurant was hot, AC wasn't working properly and food wasn't good here. Miss this restaurant, food elsewhere was perfect.
Location: Everything is on property, you really don't need to go off the property for anything. Took us 20 mins to go to a cave tour and it was gorgeous.
Our stay was amazing! Upon arrival, we were escorted to the platinum lounge. There we were gifted mimosas and cigars. We were welcomed to our room with flowers and towel art (swans and hearts). Marble floors throughout the room. We were re-stocked with alcohol, water and soda every morning. The room was maintenance daily. We had a slight leak above our Jacuzzi but after calling it in, 10-15 minutes later someone arrived to fix the leak. We left the room for about an hour and stopped back in to find the room cleaned. Bed was made, new towels were placed in the bathroom and everything was perfect like we never been in the room at all. The only bad experience was the gourmet dinners. You would think with so many food options they would have mouth watering food. But they fell short in this category. Food outside of the "gourmet" restaurant was great. Licey restaurant was the "gourmet" restaurant we went to. Travelers should bypass this restaurant. All in all it was a great experience. Very romantic place to go, the beach has a lot of seaweed but its beautiful. Looking forward to going for our one year anniversary.

I Made several phone calls to make someone from the hotel to fix my tv and jacuzzi that wasn't working, it took 2 days to be fixed. I had to call to make them refill my room's bar,

Cons: The only issue I've had with the resort was some of the restaurants, with not all of them being open daily, and the food quality at the Asian one.
It was a lovely resort with so much to it. The staff was incredible in all that they did, however there were many 'concierges' trying to sell packages everywhere you went, which was somewhat annoying. But overall the resort is a paradise.
