Awesome getaway

We came here on our honeymoon without ever having been to an all-inclusive resort. Food is good, rooms are nice- an update wouldn't hurt, but they aren't bad. Mini fridge is a bit misleading as the room is sold "all inclusive" you think you're getting a stocked mini fridge, but it is only Coke, sprite, and water. Bartenders were great. Beach is beautiful. Staff takes great care of the property. We also found out that locals can come in on the weekends with day passes. Things can get a bit crowded and crazy at the pool when this happens. One local yelled at me calling me skinny girl (apparently) my husband speaks Spanish, but of course I didn't pick up on the fact she was trying to start problems with me until later when he told me. Weird. Tony and Angelito at the pool bar were the best- very kind people. All and all it was a wonderful trip!

Little Help in English

Pros: The Villa's were very nice and the property was beautiful and well kept. Enjoyed the Lobby Dining but with no AC it was very humid throughout .
Cons: A class for staff to be able to answer basic questions since the US dollar is accepted then English would benefit both hotel and staff.
At least 98 and a half of staff spoke little or no other language or even answer basic questions about direction around resort. Most staff I encountered seems not wanting to be bothered when trying to asked even things concerns of room of which called front desk twice, and customer service number twice for wash towels first day however, didn't receive towels until next days service. Most service staff unfriendly unless one spoke Spanish. All and all I somehow made it through the week. Taking a Spanish course will help if going back

Es un hotel muy grande, la calidad de la comida y la bebida es muy mala para la categoría del hotel...los espectáculos prácticamente eran lo mismo todas las noches...

Pros: Saubere gepflegte Anlage. Ausreichende Liegemöglichkeiten an einem schönen Strand.
Location: Bavaro Beach. Diverse Ausflüge gem. Angeboten der Reiseveranstalter
Schöner Strand. Stets bemühtes Personal. Verschiedene Animationsprogramme. Aufgrund der Größe der Anlage gute Organisation zur jederzeitigen bequemen Erreichbarkeit des Strandes. WLAN gegen Aufpreis. Dafür sehr gute Qualität sogar außerhalb der Anlage voll funktionsfähig. Asiatisches Spezialitätenrestaurant leider keine gute Qualität.

GREAT VALUE!!!

My friend and I (both 24 years old) spent a week at the Bavaro Princess and had an absolutely amazing time. We could not believe how much bang we got for our buck, especially regarding how much food they gave us. We both have considered returning here next year.

Is nice, but the rooms are really far from the lobby, and is difficult to find the rooms. The food is not so good, but you always find meet ❤️

Excelente hotel

La atención del personal fue excelente! el hotel cuenta con instalaciones muy buenas las zonas verdes súper bien cuidadas y el manglar me encanto!
